It is a personal thing your head guard. I think this Provides enough protection.

Been using for 8 months now and is great
I use this for Taekwondo and it's very comfortable. The quality is strong too. I sweat a lot and sometimes other helmets crack or get weak around softer edges. This one doesn't which is great!
