When you order you are NOT ordering the cute laptop case and tote. You are buying 3 pieces of paper which tell you how to sew together fabric that you have to buy. It literally came in a flat envelope with pieces of paper describing how to measure the fabric then sew it together. I have no idea why directions on paper costs $12.00.The third description of the item does say that you are not getting the finished product, but when the item comes up when searching laptop cases I don't believe a buyer would think they are not getting the actual case and bag.
