I started taking these 11 days after my AbEX with lipo (so for 2 full weeks now)... I'd just finished my prescriptions and 2 days after starting there was a noticeable difference in my swelling. I have been struggling with achilles tendon pain for over a year. I have been taking NSAIDS for the pain, but was still in a great deal of pain with stiffness. As soon as I started taking Opti Recovery, I noticed the pain was no longer there. My achilles tendon feels stronger, healthier, and pain free. The scar tissue is gradually breaking down and the swelling is almost nonexistent. I had a little nausea and diarrhea because of the bromelain, but the benefits outweigh the side effects. I will continue to take Opti Recovery for a few months. These pills are a must for wound healing.

I didn’t realize you had to take 3 for them to be effective and if you take 3 then that’s 20 days only and you’ll be spending another $30+ dollars. Most ppl leave reviews without knowing how the product works especially if it’s supplements because most supplements take 3-6 months to know if they work or not. So by that time you have spend over $200 and if they didn’t work for you; then that’s money wasted. I’ll have to update after my 20 days. If I feel like they actually work then I will rebuy. I’m 1 month post op Diastasis Recti repair so trying these to see what’s popping
