I bought three pairs of these to wear under my skirts. They are very comfortable and soft. My tummy is lumpy due to two previous surgeries and the control top definitely smooths it out very well!!! There is a cell phone pocket on each side of the pant legs and the pocket in the waistband will fit my ID, debit card and my medical alert cards. I LOVE these shorts and will be buying again when I'm ready.

I was looking for a pair of high waisted exercise shorts with pockets to wear when I walk my kid home from school, and I went with these because I prefer natural fibers and I hoped that the high cotton content would make them breathable. Well, I was wrong- I wore these on a 72 degree day to walk less than 2 miles, and I got the absolute worst swampass I've ever had in my entire life. I also wouldn't really call them high waisted unless you are very short. I'm 5'8" and they are mid-rise on me at best, and that's only if I really yank them up. The size chart is pretty accurate and the fabric is thick and not transparent, and it's nice that they have 3 pockets. The one in the waistband is the right size for house keys or credit cards, and the side pockets are big enough to hold my Galaxy 8+ phone securely. I would buy 10 pairs of these shorts if the material was more breathable, but since I primarily bought them for exercise they really don't suit my needs.

I love these shorts! So comfortable and they actually stay in place! The material is a good quality, not that thin stuff a lot of athletic pants you get from Amazon are. Again, these are great shorts!

Love these shorts. Did not have to pull them down all night and I was at a parade during Mardi gras. I rode my bike there (in the rain, they dried fairly fast) then rode my bike home, with my phone was in the side pocket during my bike ride and didn't move which is amazing. They fit true to size. Pocket is deep enough to hold a note 8 phone with no issues.

This long short style is very in for where I live. I love that shorts are now longer in length because who wants to wear super short shorts when runnin after kids. This will be perfect for my class and I will be comfortable knowing my butt isn’t out for the world to see. The shorts even have pockets on the side for like keys. Fits nicely and quality is nice.

I’m 5’3” at about 150 pounds with a larger butt and thighs, so I ordered a large and it fit perfectly! It has a nice stretch and does not ride up. The pockets are perfect for my keys and phone so I don’t need to carry a purse with me. Very happy with this purchase!

So comfy. It does run very true to size and is very form-fitting so make sure to buy your size or even a little larger if you're lazy like me and prefer to dryer dry as many clothes as possible. The material and quality are very good so I expect these will last a while. Like to wear these under dresses and love that it has pockets.

I needed some workout/hiking/yoga shorts with pockets but do not like the shiny compression type shorts that you see all over Amazon. I've purchased Baleaf shorts in the past, the charcoal, cotton blend ones, and went back to Baleaf to see if there were other colors in the cotton blend. There are, but they are all out of stock, so I did another search and found these, took a chance and ordered them.They are soft, comfortable, appear to be stitched well and have big pockets on either side. I'm wearing them right now and they are just as nice as the ones I have from Jockey...no, they're better because pockets! Why all clothes aren't made with pockets is beyond me. I wear a medium in Jockey and Baleaf but ordered a large in these because a lot of companies skew smaller but a medium probably would've been fine. I'm keeping these (and ordered two more pairs) because I like the looser, less compressed fit. I can't say how they'll hold up over time but they seem like they're a well made product and you can't beat the price.
