I purchased 11 so far in total.Originally 4; 2 sets of 3 for me, 2 sets for my partner.They worked out well.Bought more, for my family and his. No more arguing over who took whose charger, no more not having the right charger because of device differences. Gonna get them labels too.Con:-A little bulky-I dropped my phone and the port took the impact and cracked/ stopped working properly. Easily replaced with one of the other two in the packet.-May need the tool provided to crowbar it off your phone.Pros-Comes with 3 sets of ports for usb, c, iphone.-No trouble with the magnet.-Light shines on only one side so I can turn it the other way when I'm sleeping.- sturdy enough.

Revised review:Digital Ant sent me a sample of the new updated version (Jan 15) of this product and it addressed all of my previous concerns. It now supports fast charging and data transfer on my Note 9 (no matter how I orient the cable & plugin). Not only that but the transfer speed was exceptional when hooked to my computer. I just ordered additional cables to be able to have for a variety of purposes and hooked to a variety of devices (Note 9, Ipad, Ipod, headphone charging). I now highly recommend this product.Previous Review:Bought this to use as both a charger and to use in the car as a quick no-look USB-C hookup for my Galaxy Note 9 in the car for Android auto. Bonus is that I can also swap in/out my apple devices (e.g. iPod).The good is that it worked well with Android auto and on my computer for data transfer with all devices (phone and apple).The bad is that it did NOT support Fast Charging, Was very disappointed in this and switched back to a standard USB-C cable as I really need the fast-charge capabilities for my phone.Update:Comment added in response to this review is not accurate. At the time I purchased the write-up for this product did claim to support fast charge except in one (1) specific circumstance which the Note 9 did not fall into. It is good that they have updated the write-up to remove this claim which will be more accurate for other purchasers.

Broke off into my brand new phone within an hour of having it. Took me forever to get it out after top piece broke. I had this same item for my old ohone and didn't have any issues with them. Even have in my kids tablets. But guess the c type one is not as durable as the ones for older Samsung phones. Extremely disappointed. But glad I didn't lost my 1,000 phone!

This cable set is awesome!The inserts that attach to your devices are super small.I added them to most everything at my desk.With several wireless devices (Gaming Mouse, 2x Gaming Keyboard, Gaming Headset, Cell Phone, 2x Tablets) that each had their own cable, this cleaned up my desk area and USB usage drastically. With the connection now magnetic, there is no more hunting for the port and direction...it is just place cable up to insert and "click" ready to keep working or playing.I just ordered more sets to add to the rest of my gear!Hope they hold up for a long time.

Can't speak to the durability of this product yet, but can verify that it supports bother power AND DATA. Works great as a quick connection to Sync 3 in my car so I can use Android Auto. Should help protect the port in the long run as well.
