I bought this for my boyfriend who'd been buying Walmart cheap phones. He was beyond delighted with this phone. Shipping was very fast and seller communicated quickly with questions I had. Phone came with everything as promised, very happy with my purchase. Phone works and looks great.

Your services are very good, but the way the item was advertised I thought seen the cover (phone protector) of the phone just beside it, only to found that it was actually the back of the phone. So I was surprised to receive only the phone; no memory card, no screen protector. Otherwise the phone is good. Allow me to ask one question. How important is to have an anti-virus on the phone?

No complaints. Came in box with all the parts. Totally awesome.Battery life was a little less than I expected. But frankly, this phone is beastly. Of course it needs a lot of battery. I have about 80% battery when I get home with regular (not heavy) use.

working just with Verizon, even you unblocking for other provider, will be occurred the different problems, for instance don't receive the picture or attachment messages, or some incoming phone calls is dropped- depends on providers (incoming calls)I still using

It says it is refurbished, but it all looks new. I just wish it didn't have so much bloatware from AT&T

The phone itself is outdated and didn't work properly so I had to return it, but Usps had some major issues and it's taken weeks and the package has not gotten to celluar gallery, through this time they've had amazing customer service and have been very kind. I'd like to give them 5 stars for their customer service.
