Ever since Ive been taking these for the last several months i haven't gotten any breakouts or inflamation on my face. i small pimple seldomly when i dnt drink enough water. love these vitamins n will continue to buy them n the price is reasonable.

I actually get this product from my local health supplement store, but I must say using this in conjunction with a fish oil pill is what finally cleared up my acne and dark spots after almost 20 years. I had been doing a lot of research in my adulthood on clearing up acne from the inside out, particularly for acne driven by hormones as mine was. I came across several key herbs/supplements that helped promote cell rejuvenation and hormone regulation and was taking them all individually until I came across this. When I read the ingredients and saw many of the same ones as the supplements I was already taking I knew I had to try this product. I was happy I did because it kept me from having to take like 8 different pills a day, some twice a day, to taking 1 pill a day. And it seemed to work better than when I was taking the supplements themselves. I saw less breakouts in about 10 days' time and once I finally stopped breaking out my skin had a chance to truly heal from the dark marks. I tell everyone about this now. I hope they never stop making it.
