Great Holster! BUT TAKE WARNING!
Beautiful piece, fit my Colt Walker with a 45 long colt conversion cylinder perfectly, only thing is, when I try to draw my pistol quickly, it often gets stuck and lifts up holster and all, I have to hold it down with one hand, and draw with my other, this can slow you down in a life and death situation and is not ideal. I had to make two custom modifications with my leather sewing kit to remedy this problem. I noticed as I lifted the pistol, the front sight would catch the lip of the bottom of the holster as the massive Walker Colt does extend past the length of the holster by about two inches. This would cause the whole holster to lift with the pistol and wedge in a way that would not allow you to pull it out with one handed. So I fixed it by making a small hole in the bottom tip of the holster with an awl, then I took a long strip of leather string and threaded it through, and then I used that to tie it to my upper leg. This is something many other Western style holsters utilize in their designs. This fixed the problem immediately as it would no longer lift the entire holster at an angle that would make it wedge and jam in a way that makes it nearly impossible to draw your weapon with one hand, as the front sight caught the end of the holster. If you do not make this modification yourself, and you use a pistol with a barrel that extends past the mouth of the holster, you too will run into this issue. You’ve been warned.

Like a glove
Got it for my brake top 1875. It fit in like it was made for it. Had my doubts because of the 7" barrel but, it fit just right. Most pleased!

Great Look, short fit.
Color is great and consistant. Deep rich brown which is very nice. A flew tiny blemishes in the leather. Probably would end up with a few so not too concerned about that. Leather is tough and seems durable. I am holstering an 1858 Uberti made Remington revolver with an 8in. barrel. I had asked in the questions if this would fit my specific length and was told yes. However as you can see it sticks out about an inch. Not the end of the world, I still like it but for that I drop a star. It does fit snug inside so I am not concerned with it falling out but only a true adventure will tell in time.

DRAW......
A great cross draw holster. The length holds my 1861 Colt navy perfectly. Solid leather product that protects your protection.

Broke within the first minute
First handling of the holster broke the rivets clean off it's not bad leather but the rivets keeping it together are trash. I wouldn't trust my firearm in this holster till all rivets or buttons are remade.
