Amazing product!!! I first purchased this product when I lived in Atlanta, Ga to make what my family calls " Jerk Turkey" for Thanksgiving . My family is Jamaican and traditional Thanksgiving is an American Holiday, so I wanted to spice it up. Once I moved up north to Boston the local grocery stores do not provide and I wanted to continue the tradition........So I checked Good old Amazon.......was able to find the missing ingredient !!!!!This product makes the turkey just as spicy on the inside as is on the outside.

taste great. not salty. easy to clean. doesn't leak where it's not supposed to. I've used it several times. half through the jar, looks like it'll last the full jar and longer.my only complaint is that I wish the hole in the needle was lower.

We are from Louisiana and have fried our share or turkeys. We normally use Tony Chachere's Creole Style Butter every year but this year decided to go with Zatarains. We won’t go back. Everyone thought this was the best turkey we have ever done.

This is my favorite marinating sauce for poultry! It has a light, but noticeable spice to it that is complimented by the buttery flavor base of the marinade. It soaks into your foods within minutes and is good for quick, last minute meals! The injector is best used for large poultry breasts or whole birds. It also works extremely well when you are frying the bird and has an even better flavor after frying. This​ is by far an amazing marinade sauce.

You are paying for water with some flavor and a great meat injector. The taste is very dilute and apart from imparting a fantastic moisturizing effect to baked chicken breast; nothing to write home about.
