Blacklight Party Balloons that Glow in the Dark under Blacklight - 25 Pack of 11 inch LED Latex Balloons

These ARE NOT "blacklight" balloons.. They are not fluorescent/phosphorescent and therefore not UV reactive. These are "Light Up Balloons", lit via LED lights.UPDATE: I actually ended up using these balloons for a different occasion, and IMO they are hazardous. If they are inflated then popped, the miniature batteries that power the LEDs scatter out, posing a potential risk to animals or children.

I recieved the items in one day but they were NOT neon or uv blacklight activated they were all primary colors red blue green yellow white and the were led light up balloons which I couldn't use cause was making a balloon arch DO NOT buy this product if looking for blacklight or neon balloons very disappointed

They are not black light reactive. They are light up and they strobe. So I could not use them at a public event because of people who have seizures. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I received lcd light balloons instead of blacklight glow in the dark balloons. It was too late to return then as the party was the day of delivery.

They glowed!
