Easy to install...they have a little play back and forth but are secure. Drove from Illinois to Colorado and back. What it doesn’t tell you and Its just because of the type of carrier I had on the car is you will have to unscrew your radio antenna to fit the carrier on the car.

Bars are too short and will not fit securely in the rails.

The plastic end pieces fit VERY loosely on the aluminum bar. Even with the screws tightened, there was so much play that the pins will not securely lock into the OEM side tracks. With the adjustable end at the longest, it was still too short to allow the locking pins to engage the track enough to prevent movement. Three of the four locking tabs have to be taped to hold them down. I thought about returning these but other options in the same price range look to be the exact same product under a different name. I decided to modify them myself by making the slot in the adjustable end longer by 1/8" and filling the gap between plastic and aluminum with epoxy.. They are much more secure now but I am still concerned with the strength of the plastic ends. The aluminum bar should have been made longer to extend farther into the plastic and then slotted at each end for the pin mechanism.We will be hauling two 10' SOT kayaks on a 2016 Equinox. I'll try to update after a few trips.

Quick and easy to install, finish matches the factory rails. Fits snugly across roof.

We travel with three kids and a dog. The rack allowed us to store luggage above and make more room for the dog. Very easy to install. It only took my husband a few minutes. I was very surprised.
