Was sent previously used product.
The product itself is fine- but one of the boots was clearly used and dirty with odor. They could have at least cleaned them before sending them out. I get it, I'm a dog person and have no problem with a little hair or mud, but I was purchasing what I assumed to be a new product. Heads up to future buyers.
