Works perfectly great value.
Had this a week or two now wanted to see how it would hold up before reviewing. I am very impressed with the quality for the price. First thing I noticed is the item does not come with any kind of power just a USB cable, you can charge directly from the XBOX or from any USB power plug into a wall. The unit itself is very small and light, does not take up a lot of space. I placed both the batteries on the unit without being attached to controller, they hold in place and initial charging for both batteries took about 30-40 minutes. The light around the outside indicates not fully charged by turning orange and is green when fully charged. The light around the side also makes a pretty cool nigh light. The controller fits very nicely and snug into the unit if you put the controller on it. So far has been perfect, charges fine and I have swapped around the batteries several times with no issue. I have seen other reviews saying it is low quality but it works, I don't think its low quality at all, its light and its plastic doesn't mean it's low quality, it's well designed and functions exactly as is required, that's all the quality you need.

TRASH - Short lifespan, slow charge time
Batteries really don't last very long or through much use and seem to be shortening lifespan and I haven't even had it a month yet, the one I have for my Xbox 360 is much better and I'll likely be switching to that brand even though the black color doesn't match my xboxThree stars cause it's still better and cheaper than going through AA batteries constantlyEdit/Update: Changed my stars to one, they have continued to wear down despite the fact that I don't use them often enough to warrant such a steep decline in play time on the batteries in just a month. They also advertise a short charging time and this is false, it takes around five hours for a battery to charge and barely lasts any longer when in use. These are pure garbage, don't bother wasting your money period.

Works Barely Okay... When It’s Actually Working
Got this in October, so I’ve only had it for 3 months and the base barely works. If you so much as push the charger in a little too far it doesn’t work. If you move the cord around at all it doesn’t work. The only thing keeping me from giving it 1 star is that it works really well when it actually decides to work.UPDATE:Originally gave a 2 star rating because it barely worked kinda. Now it’s not working at all. After 3 months of sitting in one location, never dropped or damaged, it no longer works. I’d say this is a HARD PASS. Do not waste your money.

Without the clip the battery pack would easily slide out
Got my first set one of the battery packs had a broken clip on it that held it into the controller. Without the clip the battery pack would easily slide out. So bought a second set before returning my first set and one of the battery packs innit had the exact same broken clip/tab on one of the battery packs too. So between two sets I made one good set. I do like the set I have and have been using them for about a week now and they seem to work well. However there must be a packaging flaw with this item.

Pretty Nice, and Looks Good
I bought this because I was tired of searching all over the place for batteries lol. Usually last me about 3 days before I get the notification that my batteries are low, but I always have the spare charging.Works ALOT better if you have an extra controller to help seat it in the charger, but you can get it to fit without one as well. You'll be fine with this. Red means charging, green means charged!

Only two issues that bother me. Not a bad product other than that.
1) It doesn't have a separate charger.I either have to have my Xbox on the whole time the batteries are charging or use a old cell phone charger. Missed that this didn't have one. May not have purchased it if I saw that it didn't have one.2) Even though you can charge the batteries not connected to the controller, I won't do it often. They are really loose on the charger, and you don't want to even tap the charger or they will fall off. They should be secured better than they are.The plus...the batteries do charge. It takes a little over an hour for the indication light to go green (don't worry, you won't miss seeing the indicator light) the first time they are charged. I haven't had to charge them after use, but I am sure it will be a little faster. If they take longer, I will edit this review.

Doesnt hold a charge, takes forever to charge, lights constantly on
The batteries die within hours, charging takes longer than the life of the controller. The charging red lights and fully charged green lights stay luminated making me have to unplug the chargers so the lights dont constantly stay illuminated. Very dissappinting that i cant take it back. I have had a different charging system before and it was great. Stay away from this one doesent hold up to the specks.

Review after 2 years of usage
I won't say what everyone has already said. I like the product and continue to use it. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for such a product.I keep this in my bedroom where i have my gaming setup and I wish I could keep it elsewhere cause the LEDs are too bright lol. If you have keep this in your living room, you got free night lights!I mostly use the same controller and pick up the second one once in a 6 months or so. And I never remove the controller from the docking station. After 2 years I think the batteries on the second controller suffered some damage and was not able to deliver enough energy under high load and the controller just kept switching off instantly. I use the controllers wirelessly and I have headphones connected to them. I verified it is the battery's problem by switching them and observing the same behavior on the other controller.Anyways, luckily they sell the batteries separately and you can find the link to it on this page. If they didn't I would have gone to another brand in which the batteries themselves were easily accessible from the battery pack and I could swap them out with something more reliable, like Insignia's.But I hear their charging station delivers irregular power. So for now I'll just spend $14 on the battery packs from sliq!

Great for elite controllers!
First, I have an elite controller so this charger style is perfect, I don't have to remove any of my paddles to charge my controller (a big problem with previous chargers I've used). Second, the batteries have excellent life to them. The main problem I have is that they seem to fall out pretty easily, one good knock and they slide right out of the controller. Still, if you care for your gear and don't drop it, you won't notice. The other issue I have is that there is no way to turn off the charger once it's completed charging besides unplugging the whole thing. Otherwise, I love this charger on would recommend it to anyone.

Looks cool, but broken, no customer support
Recieved the item and it looks really cool. I enjoy the led illumination on the dock showing red when charging and green when charged. I set up my 2 remotes to charge with the batteries and so far really happy. It took a while to charge so after 3 hours of being in my office I went to bed. The next day I went into my office and one side of the dock was still red. I swapped the controllers location and then the other side was red. I swapped batteries between controllers still red. In the box was a card to contact them for troubles. I emailed them and after a week of waiting I reached out to the facebook page on their card. Another week has passed with no response. Asking amazon for a replacement although I am really disappointed in sliqgamings lack of customer service.

Does not work and no response from Manufacturer
It appears to not charge the battery packs. We had been putting the controllers back on the charger when we were done playing, but then one of the batteries died, so I put it on the charger and it still showed green. The second battery pack died and it was the same result. The LED base is always green but it doesn't charge. I have it plugged into the Xbox. I tried reseating the batteries, I tried just placing the batteries on the charger not in the controllers, but no luck.I opened a warranty request with the company on May 9th and haven't heard back yet. Also responded to the "How was your purchase" email from Amazon on May 11th. I understand there may be some delays due to the current virus situation, but I would like to get this resolved quickly or I will simple begin the RMA process.

Cord doesn’t plug into wall only usb
I like these chargers - they’re smaller than others we’ve had in the past and I like that. The lights are easy to spot so you can see if it’s actually seated correctly. The major thing I’m not happy with is it came with a cord that plugs into a usb. I want to plug into a wall socket so I had to get those cubes that cell phones use to plug into the wall. My Xbox only has 2 USB ports and one has a hard drive plugged into it. Also, I’ve read other reviewers saying you have to leave the Xbox turned on to charge them if you go that route. This was an oversight by the company. They could have easily included one of the power cubes for those of us who don’t want to plug straight into Xbox itself. Or at the very least told us the cord was like this - I would have bought a different brand and saved the extra $$ I just spent buying more power cubes.

Works great
I'm very impressed with this product. Based on other reviews I assumed I would have some minor issues with it but still thought it would be worth the low cost. On the contrary I've experienced no major issues and only one small inconvenience. As other reviews state, the batteries simply rest on the charging pins when not clipped into the controller. Because of this they tend to lean just slightly and not make full contact, resulting in them not charging. However, if they are plugged into the controller and placed onto the charger, they have no issues with poor connection. Even without doing this, you can place them very precisely onto the charger and they will still charge. The light strip around the bottom that indicates whether they are charging or not is a bit too bright for me but some masking tape easily resolves the problem. The battery life of a full charge is very good and I get at least 20-30 hours playing Rocket League or Burnout Paradise (with rumble on heavy) out of a charge and closer to 30-40 if I'm playing Skyrim or something else with a bit less rumble. Overall good value for money and well worth the purchase.

Wait For It...
Ordered these hoping I would get a 'good' unit without any problems identified in these Reviews. Plugged in after arriving and waited 3 days and the charging lights were still red (charging)!! Decided to use the remotes to see where the charge level was at and they, both remotes, were fully charged... Even though the charging lights were still red (charging) when the remotes were in the charger. Played games for a couple days, without recharging remotes, and when I put the remotes back in charging station the lights went red again (charging). The next morning both charging lights were green, fully charged!! I've been using the remotes for about two weeks now and the charger seems to be functioning correctly. They both charge (red light) after using remotes, and are fully charged (green light) when I get up the next morning. I guess the batteries, included with the charging station, need to be 'cycled' for a couple days (use em - charge em) before the charging station starts working properly. I ALMOST SENT THIS BACK when they didn't work initially but gave it a couple days and it works great now.. Recommend when you initially use the batteries, included with the charging station, you initially charge them overnight (at least 12 hours) then use the remotes until they are almost dead before recharging them again. That seems to get the Charging Station calibrated correctly and recharging the remotes works as should - red light while charging and green light when fully charged.

Barely works but still works.
So I'm not sure if it was because of the charging port being cheaply made or it getting beat up badly during delivery but the first moment I took my controller to charge it immediately had issues. It wasn't charging even though the battery was completely drained. It took a couple of tries of putting the controller on and off the port to get it to work. But once I got it to start charging I took my attention off the charging port and looked later only to see my controller wasn't charging anymore. I checked the charge and the battery was still empty so the port must've lost the connection despite being perfectly attached to the port. I got it to work now though. But again I'm not sure if it's poor product quality or it getting thrown around during shipping because by the damage on the box I'd say it had a rough ride over to me. Still have to give a lower rating due to complications already happening in my first use.
