I ordered 2 of these tags for 2 of our cats. They arrived as described. Like the printing style! I had the cat's name put on the front of the tag, our phone number on the back. They seem quite sturdy and don't thinkthey will show wear like a former type of ID tag did that I had ordered previously. Very happy with these!

Just as describes and how I ordered. I was surprised and pleased when it arrived on the 3rd (add in a holiday) instead of the 5th through the 10 as told.I like the rough feel of the engraving..almost like Braille. It feels very strong and like it will last longer than my cat...who is only 5 months old. I almost didn't want to put it on her collar so I could just continue rubbing it between my fingers.Will definitely use this company again! I have 7 pets and I bet this tag lasts the longest.

I had a minor problem with etched name and phone number that I wanted to be only on one side , they went out of their way to make me happy by issuing a new tag, they presented no excuses just to make it right ... I thank them for their efforts, even though I stated that I am okay with what I have... Good quality tag and workmanship not mention a great customer services provided to me .. merci!

I ordered two tags and they came almost a week earlier than expected. Beautifully made and deeply engraved; the engraving will not wear away over time as happens with many inexpensive tags. These are worth much more than they cost and I would buy from this company again without reservation. Very pleased.

I really like it. It's a little big for a cat though and it would be great if they offered a smaller version. But it looks like quality and the price is hard to beat.

I ordered one of these a year or so ago for one cat and it was great. Sturdy, affordable, and stainless steel as opposed to aluminum. Ordered a second one recently for our new kitten and I have been just as pleased. It came quickly and works well. My only small note is I wish they had a slightly smaller size. It’s just a little big on smaller cats.

Love how our tags turned out! Enough room on the back for our single line address and both our cell numbers. Shipping took a bit but it was coming from the states and it is a pandemic.

This came earlier than expected. My only complaint is that my kittens name wasn't centered properly and there was a long scratch across the tag. That being said the scratch is barely noticeable so I'm not worried about that. They answered my message about what I wanted on the tag quickly and within 5 hours of ordering it was shipped.

Exactly what I was after!It did take longer than I was hoping for it to arrive, however, after all, it is custom made.

when i first got the tag i thought it was a little too big for my kitten but she will grow into it and i think it suits her now! has survived her rough and tumble personality, quite impressed.
