I bought this helmet used from the Amazon Warehouse and was expecting it to arrive with a few scuffs or other defects, but it was flawless!It looks great and you can tell it's super strong! I haven't had a helmet with an internal sun visor before, but after one ride with this one, I'm hooked. It is the lightest helmet I've ever worn and the aerodynamics are amazing! Even while riding down the interstate at 75 mph, my head was stable and I didn't notice any of the wind buffeting I got from my old helmet.It is super comfortable and the the inflatable cheek pads allow you to really get a snug fit. The ram air vents work well with very little noise inside. It was 97° here yesterday, and after riding for an hour, my head was still cool! I was able to install the Bikecom Bluetooth audio from my old helmet and it sounds so much better inside this helmet! The speaker pockets are a perfect fit too!As for the size, Scorpion helmets tend to run small for most, so I was kind of "hoping it would fit." My head is 22" around, but I went with a Large anyway, and it's perfect! If you're looking for a quality carbon helmet, I think you'll be happy with this one and you cant beat the quality. Highly recommended!

TLDR: I love this helmet!So this helmet is a great choice for both beginners and more experienced riders looking for a more fitting helmet that offers those few extra features that some lower end helmets just don't include.For starters this is the third helmet I've owned in 5 years of riding and by far my favorite. Now since this is a review for this helmet I'm going to talk about this helmet only and the features I've loved about it so far (about 2k miles with it).1st: It's super light! This helmet is by far the lightest helmet I've owned and is definitely a great commuter helmet. Since most places currently require some sort of face covering, often times when I'm headed into a store I'll just keep the helmet on and honestly don't really notice it on my head compared to my old helmet. This really helps when I end up riding all day too and stop for meals, a drink, or gas and don't have to pull it off everytime I go inside and in general I've noticed my neck fatigue has almost gone away farther than having sore shoulders and neck after 5+ hours of driving.2nd: Great ventilation! Around where I live has often gotten up to 100°F the past couple of weeks and this helmet (when moving) has solid ventilation and with the face shield cracked has plenty of ventilation. The only time I've had any discomfort from heat and lack of ventilation is I was stuck at a light or left it on the helmet lock on my bike sitting outside for extended periods of time and putting it back on. In this case since its black it pretty much absorbs all of the heat that it sees and gets warm until I start moving but once I open all the vents it cools well enough for my liking.3rd: I love the styling. More often than not I've gotten compliments on just my helmet alone with how it looks. Being made of carbon fiber and paired with a glossy black finish it shines on my head and wherever I bring it and has led to a few conversations of the importance of quality gear over cheap crap that'll lead to major injuries in the case of an accident.4th: Functionality! This helmet checks every box of what I need when riding. It has a built in sun visor that is easily brought down to help keep the glare off my eyes when driving toward the sun in sunsets or just on bright days I general. Three only gripe I have with the sin visor is how pushing the slider up brings it down and vice versa which makes more sense the other way around but honestly doesn't make a difference. The helmet comes with recessed areas that allow you to easily install any headset. It has ear holes that are perfectly lined up with my ears that I placed the speakers for my headset to listen to music/directions to in and have been extremely handy when it comes to comfort and not having the speakers smashed up against my ears like some helmets.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and once the lifecycle ends for this helmet I'll most likely be looking to get the next version of it or whatever the newest model in this line is when it comes out.Stay safe out there friends!

Great helmet ! Fits well light weight carbon fiber looks great. Quick padding removal for safety if accident ever happens. Air venting is great as well as the pin lock shield.

Cost effective and high quality, has ear cutouts to perfectly fit Cardo pucks too. Kinda loud, not much noise reduction(just turn up your music louder).

I purchased this expecting it to fit my needs for a track day helmet and daily rider, and it fits all of the needs minus how noisy it is. The helmet is almost deafening at speed over 90mphThe other issue is lack of visibility at full tuck. Riders can barely see out of it due to angle

At first, the neck opening was super-tight (almost oblong) while going over my melon. It has since broken in pretty well. While the pop-down shades are a great feature, the optics are not super-clear. I have only about 1200 miles on this helmet and it continues to feel very comfortable over all. The cheek pads are soft yet supporting and the inflation feature is a plus. The first click-up setting detent is a bit weak and the visor tends to snap closed at around 50-60 mph. Not a big deal but sometimes I prefer more air while riding than the small chin and forehead vents can provide.This helmet is a solid 5-stars for style, features and comfort but about 4 1/2 stars when considering the slight deficiency in air-flow and less than impressive optics on the flip-down shades.**2-year UPDATE** The helmet has provided two full years of comfortable riding. I remove and wash the foam pads monthly in a mesh pouch along with other performance fabric items on washer's delicate setting. The flip-down inner sun shhield lost a tab on one side so it can sag sometimes when I raise it. I consider this ordinary wear and tear so no beef there. I found that my bausch+lomb sight savers lens cleaning wipes slightly scratch the clear visor surface but nothing major, just very slight scratch lines along the direction I typically clean the surface of the outer visor. I can still say that I'd recommend this lightweight, comfortable helmet to anyone looking for a stealthy looking, safe full-face carbon fiber helmet.

El casco es muy bueno, todo se ve nuevo, pero el visor esta rayado, aun con la protección qué siempre tienen, me gustaría que me pudieran hacer el cambio ya qué si es molesto sobre todo a contra luz esto.

Bought this helmet and had high expectations according to the reviews.I can only compare with my $250 Joe Rocket helmet and a dirt cheap ILM one and im telling you there are just a couple of advantages:+Weight(obviously-it's a carbon )+Sound -a little quieter.+Shell should be stronger than regular plastic onesOther than that falls short in all other categories:-Sun visor-doesn't go all the way down ,leaves an inch of gap where air and light goes in _check other reviews.- the side clip for visor sliding broke after 20 uses or so -unbelievable low quality plastic-now I am moving it by pulling it down and pushing it up directly-Fit- very tight at cheeks -all other L helmets were fine for me ,this one way too tight-Interior finish -pads come off ,have to press and fit them back in place after every use-very annoying-Sun visor again has a slight tint, not enough for sunny ,bright days-Made in China and shell has only Chinese symbols all around inside , not a single word in English-Inside the shell no ECE certification stamp ,just DOTAll in all nicely presented helmet ,described as something never seen , with all the BS about venting and no scratch and no fog , and inflating cheeks (totally useless in this tight fit) but in reality just another regular helmet made in AsiaDon't spend $550 , get something less than half price and you'll get the same quality

Me medí la circunferencia de mi cabeza y arrojó que soy talla m, Lo compré en m me quedó algo justo pero confortable ya puesto, se siente muy ligero, le compré otro visor o sheld, en color dorado para que se viera más agresiva la línea , me gustó calidad precio , lo malo es que lo cheque en el sitio de las pruebas sharp y dio 4 estrellas de 5, nada mal, pero antes iba a comprar un shoei rf:1400 y ese si dió 5 estrellas , pues aún así no está mal. Me gustó bastante el casco y es práctico con sus lentes interbos, y aparte siempre uses shoei, y este cambio fue positivo.

I love the carbon fiber look, very light (3 pounds 3 ounces), very good visibility. I'm exactly 56.5 head dize and med fits me a tiny tight. It should soften up just right. Came with 2 shields and a pinlock. Cool carry bag. Sunvisor button maybe a little hard, but once used to it should be fine.Just took it for spin highway driving, and i would say still drive with plugs when needed. Having said this, it must be as quiet as an older exo 1000. Much more quiet than a 2014 exo t1200 i currently have. Visor has very good optics. As for air vents I'd say is a little on the warmer side than my t1200, but did purchase it for cooler riding. maybe to avoid the really hot 36 degrees stuck in traffic on highway. I truly reccommend this helmet and seller. Very good buy for that going $500 can something range. I think scorpion nailed it with this helmet. It checks many boxes
