I like to shop local when I can, but the local store only had one of these (needed 2) and the cost was outrageous! Galvi thimbles just dissolve on a winter stick after one or 2 seasons. These are just what I needed.

Slow shipping
The quality of the rope thimble is excellent. However, it took 4 weeks to receive the product after I placed my order. This was in spite of the fact that the website was indicating the size of the rope thimble (3/8) was in stock.
