Great Product
I take one teaspoon first thing in the morning--at least an hour before breakfast It has really helped me keep my blood sugar levels down. Taste is nice and bitter, which is how it's supposed to be.

Smells like burnt plastic
This was really hard to drink. I don’t mind the bitterness, I am used to eating bitter melons. The scent of burnt plastic is quite strong and very unpleasant. I really tried, I must’ve used only a teaspoon and a half. This comes in a 16 oz bag! I wonder if I can return this?

Truly BITTER
It's starting to taste better, have founds ways to offset the bitterness with lime/lemon juice or both together with a little honey. I can feel a difference so I will keep using this powder.
