Book, Figures and NYC maze mat is an A+.
Great purchase, both boys, 4 and 5 love the figures and the play mat. We were outside on his 4th birthday and I told him he hadn't opened some gifts yet out of boxes and they both asked first about the "Pets book" and ran in....(they already loved the Toy Story book/mat)...They opened the mat and loved that it's a Maze for the figures to run around NYC. Supplement with reading the short story and it's a Win-Win.! Will buy more Busy Books in the future all with a great price.

Disappointed
Overall disappointed in the product. The pet figures are tiny and definitely a choking hazard (warning on box). The book itself is not that great either and the “playmat” is simply a folded up piece of paper. Little one is currently infatuated with the secret life of pets 2 and I was looking for another option for her to enjoy rather than watching the movie all the time.

Cute but where's Duke?
A very cute set but I wish it had Duke and Pops (the Bassett hound on wheels.) My kids like setting them up on and making little movies with them.We have several of these sets and that are nice little toys that hold up well to toddlers. Great for use in the sensory table, bath or block table.

Not a story book
While my son loves the book I'm disappointed as I thought it would be a story book based on the movie but all the book is an introduction to the characters and then ends when Katie comes home with Duke which if you have seen the film is the start of the movie.

Good, but no Duke!!!!
Can't really go wrong with these books. Only grievance is that it doesn't include Duke!?!He's one of the main characters from both movies, my little one was a tad upset by that.

More than just a book
Bought for a granddaughter who loves it

Missing a key character
I would have given it a 4 star but the "Busy Book" did not include a toy model of Duke. Instead they put in a couple of the puppies. They only played a small part in the 2nd movie. Makes no sense. Why no Duke??? My granddaughter was so disappointed, as was I.
