BEST GUEST MATTRESS EVER!
I cannot sing enough praises for both the quality and comfort of the mattress, but also for the company itself. My Mom (who is almost 80) came for a visit with her friend. I ordered the mattress late, having just gotten over covid I wasn't even sure if I'd be ok by the time they were to come so everything was on pause, and the order went in late. I ordered this because though I do have a cot I did not think it was going to be comfortable enough for my Mom and because she was not able to get upstairs to the guest bedroom she had to stay downstairs. The company immediately shipped right out, which I so appreciate, and though the mattress did not arrive the day they got here it DID arrive exactly the day it noted on the order sheet, and they tried to get it here as fast as possible. My Mom slept (or rather didn't sleep) on the cot the first night, was not very comfortable for her. This mattress showed up the next night, I set it on the sofa/coffee table square, which was exactly the width of the mattress, and two chairs for the end support, sounds awkward but I didn't want her to have to get down on the floor. I also ordered the fitted sheet, fits like a glove and well made, also ordered the storage case for the XL mattress, fits like a glove and no dog hair or dust getting on it. Back to the comfort.. so I set the mattress up for my Mom, it was about normal bed level, I laid on it myself to test, felt like a dream, got it ready, my Mom got on it and told me it was SO comfortable she thinks she was asleep before I even got upstairs!! She did not toss and turn at all because it held her so comfortably, making this daughter SO happy because it was my Mom's first time at my new house and I wanted her trip to be great. She slept on the mattress the next 2 nights she was here, slept like a baby each time. The tri-fold is not noticeable at all, did not separate, was absolutely PERFECT, and I'd buy it again in a heartbeat! I will be taking this mattress, instead of my cot, to my Mom's if I bring a friend along. Also seems like it will work perfectly in the back of my Honda in case I'd like to put down a seat and camp in comfort going cross country. I am utterly thrilled with the quality, comfort, and company behind this mattress. I would give 100 stars if I could, so happy for reading reviews and making the right choice. Thank you for comfort for my elderly Mom, means the world..

Very comfortable and well-made
OK first of all I purchased this mattress to use inside my SUV for camping! One of the reasons why I chose this mattress was because of the trifold design, it makes it easy to get it in and out of the back of my 2017 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate AWD. So to answer all the standard questions such as yes the shipping was faster than expected, arrived in great shape and wasn't too bulky or heavy for one person to deal with. It took less than an hour for it to reach full size after being compressed for shipping so no problems there. There was a slight "wet house paint" smell to the mattress, but that went away fast so it was not an issue at all, in fact I found it quite pleasant! I tested it out on the floor and it was very supportive not even the slightest chance of feeling what was under you I know because I put several objects underneath the mattress before I laid on it to see if I could feel them, this was important to me because as I mentioned it will be going in the back of my SUV on an un-even surface, and I should mention I weigh 240 pounds! First of all let me just say it is super comfortable with the memory foam top layer, I was intending to originally make my own from Raw materials but I could not have done as good a job making it comfortable. I had to remove some of the bottom, primary layer of regular foam to accommodate the wheel wells and what not inside my SUV for a perfect fit however, I left the top layer of memory foam in tact. I am so glad I found this mattress it was perfect for my needs, I ordered the full size mattress. I would not hesitate to order a queen size for use in my home, it is a very well-made product that is super comfortable, portable and stores in a small space and the price was certainly worth every penny! I will be adding some handles to the fabric sides of the material covering the foam for ease of handling when folded. I will add some pictures of my unique installation if anyone is interested in how to make a perfect camping bed that will fit in most SUVs!

So Far So Good! :) Would Recommend!
I bought this Milliard Tri Folding Memory Foam Mattress with Washable Cover Queen (78 inches x 58 inches x 6 inches) so my adult son and his girlfriend wouldn't have to sleep on an air mattress while they are staying with us for a while. There was no noticeable odor when we opened the mattress, which is good for me because I am sensitive to smells. It took about 2 days to get to it's full fluff as expected. I haven't slept on the mattress, but I laid on in for a little while and it seemed comfy to me. I like how it folds up out of the way. :) My son and his girlfriend have been using the mattress for a little over a week now and they haven't complained. They started out with the mattress on our laminate floor. Before I bought this, I had read some comments about feeling the gaps between the sections of the mattress, so I asked them about it. They said if you have a smooth floor you may notice the mattress slipping and pulling apart so the gaps are more noticeable. My son and his girlfriend noticed it a little at first, but they got used to it and didn't notice it after they had been laying on it a while. They also noticed that if the mattress is on top of something that isn't slippery, like maybe carpet or in their case the suade-like top of an air mattress, the mattress won't slip apart as much. My son's girlfriend said the mattress is comfy, however she felt a little like she sank into it and could tell she was close to the floor when it was on the floor. My son thinks the mattress is comfy as well. They both like the mattress better on top of a raised queen air mattress, just for height since we don't have a bed frame, but they also both agreed it is better to sleep on this folding mattress long term than on just an air mattress. So far, this purchase has been well worth the cost, as it is serving its purpose well. My son is working from home and this is perfect for two adults to sleep on at night, then he can fold it away so he can use the space for his office during the day. :) I also bought a Milliard Carry Case for Tri-Fold Mattress, Fits up to 6 inch Queen (58 inches x 26 inches x 18 inches) storage bag to go along with this mattress but I haven't opened it to review it at this time. I will try to give an update when I do. I like the idea of being able to put the mattress away when not in use and having it protected from getting dusty. :) I hope this helps. Update 9/12/20 - The mattress case fits perfectly and is easy to use. It is easy to open up all the way then fold the mattress and set it on top and zip the cover. You can even keep a basic mattress cover on the mattress when storing it away. My 78 year old mom slept on the folding mattress on top of a raised air mattress so it would be easier for her to get on and off the bed. It worked really well and she said it was comfortable for her. I would recommend this mattress and case to others. Thank you.

Great guest mattress
I bought this as a futon topper for infrequent guests to use. Arrived on time, in good condition, no stains or tears or any other type of damage. I put it on top of my futon, which is roughly the size of a full size mattress, and it fit well with a few inches hanging over each side. The 4 inch thickness is very comfortable, I camped out on it in the living room for a couple hours watching TV and it felt just like the 12 inch memory foam mattress in my bedroom. My dogs enjoyed laying on it as well, although their nails/claws did pull on the fabric. The cover is very soft and comfortable. I laid on it without sheets and it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping, just like a normal mattress cover. It trifolds well, it is about the size of a small sofa/love seat when it is all folded up. My mom bought me the carrying case so I can keep it clean during storage and carry it up and down the stairs easier. This is a great alternative to converting one of my upstairs rooms into a full-time or part-time guest bedroom, which I did not want to do because people only stay with me two or three times per year and I wanted to use the other bedrooms for other things. I mainly got this topper for my mom, who is considering buying one for her RV guest couch, if she likes this one.

Can be moved in the back seat of a regular 4 door car
I had more trouble moving the topper for this mattress than the actual mattress. I was moving and I simply folded this mattress up and shoved it in the back seat of my regular four door Sudan. I had to smush it a bit to get the door to close. But I was amazed. The mattress is almost as impressive as a regular tempurpedic. Although I have been using it now without the topper directly on the floor (for now) and I notice the breaks in the mattress. But if I had it on top of a box spring or something of the sort I think I would not notice it is foldable. A few days ago I realized I could fold up the mattress and use it comfortably as a sofa. I ordered a triangular “headboard pillow for queen bed”. I will not even need any kind of futon frame for it. I would just fold the mattress with fitted sheet on and throw the quilt over it. Then set the headboard pillow on top of it and it should be the perfect sofa! I sat on the folded mattress and it feels great to sit on. All it needs is the back rest. Which is the triangular headboard pillow. I also ordered an 18 inch height foldable metal frame IN WHITE from eBay since Amazon does not seem to have a good selection on WHITE foldable metal frames. I need a high bed because I have a parrot that sleeps in the room with me and if my bed is close to the floor, she will get all her food all over my bed because she is a messy eater. One major selling point of this mattress is that it has some sort of guarantee that it does not have hazardous chemicals. I get tachycardia when I am exposed to the old school flame retardant. I slept on the floor for a very long time until studies and documentaries and laws came out showing how harmful those chemicals are and how they were actually killing more people in fires and how the cigarette companies had been the ones that came up with the enforcement on these chemicals in order to blame furniture and not cigarettes for household fires. I can certify that this mattress does not have flame retardant as my heart would have been giving me trouble by now if it had those harmful chemicals. Additionally, I was able to save a lot of $$ not having to get moving van to move my mattress. Therefore, the extra price for being foldable has already paid off! I want to get the carrying case for it now. Finally, it appears I don’t snore as much with this mattress and I am able to do without the sleep apnea machine. That thing drives me nuts, so I am very happy I am not waking up constantly because I’m not breathing/snoring. I have a very large chest (I’m a K cup) and I can sleep on my back or on my stomach on this bed without having common problems I have with most regular beds such as spring mattresses. Normally the weight makes my back sink in deeper in the middle back if I’m on my back. And if I am on my stomach the mattress doesn’t sink far enough to accommodate my chest. This mattress very comfortably accommodates all scenarios. If I could ask for anything is for it to be an inch thicker and be a little more firmer. But do note, this is a firm mattress I bought. I like firm. I slept on the floor for years, to give you perspective. If you are someone that likes soft, I’m not a good reference point.

This is an AWESOME mattress for CAMPING!!!!
I thought my camping days were over. I'm female, 62 and weigh 283. I can't use a cot (even an extra wide one) and I don't dare use an air mattress - if it leaked during the night, I'd be SOL, just like I was with my extra wide cot that I sank in during the night and couldn't get out of!!! What a horrible experience! I luckily found this Milliard mattress online and spent quite awhile reading other reviews. After reading one review in particular, I decided to buy the 6" Twin Extra Long Mattress along with a Twin Extra Long PragmaBed Simple Base Bi-fold frame . . . I am now in CAMPING HEAVEN!!! Finally, I can go camping again in my new tent and not have to worry about sleeping accommodations. The 6" mattress is AWESOME and folds in thirds which takes up less space than a real twin mattress (only thing is, I wish it had its own carrying bag, which it doesn't .... so I'll have to make one myself) - I still LOVE the mattress. It is TOTALLY comfortable (firm but not hard) - better than my own bed and it definitely holds my weight well, whether I'm on my back or my side - it's great! I'm so glad I found this mattress, and I highly recommend it for anyone who goes camping - THROW THOSE AIR MATTRESSES AWAY - You won't ever need to worry about waking up on the ground again - This mattress is PERFECT and goes along perfectly with the Pragma folding bed frame, which sits 14" off the floor (you'll need a rug underneath the entire frame just so the posts don't rip your tent floor). Both products are AWESOME and will make your camping life so much better. They both fold up and go nicely in the back of a Truck or an SUV. The mattress would probably fit in the trunk of a car, but with nothing else inside. The mattress size when folded is 38" long x 18" deep x 26" high. The frame might be a little too big depending on how large your trunk is (the frame is strong and sturdy yet lightweight). HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Milliard 6" mattress - I wouldn't go anything less than the 6". Also when I opened the box and cut the plastic away, the compressed mattress started forming to shape almost immediately (it's amazing how it does that) and there wasn't really any smell to it. What little there was went away by the next morning. I can't say enough about this 6" mattress - It's more than PERFECT. Milliard just needs to make a carrying case to go along with the bag and sell it separately for those of us who just need to buy the bag. LOVE THIS PRODUCT - LOVE LOVE LOVE. Thank you Milliard for giving me the chance to go camping again!

Comfortable, firm, easily portable
I purchased this tri-fold mattress 3 or 4 years ago and have been using it daily since. The mattress is amazing. It is easy to carry and pack when moving and very comfortable. I have slept on it everyday for 3 or 4 years now, no problem. I put it on a wooden IKEA bedframe I bought separately and it is stable, comfortable, and firm. The main reason I got this mattress was because I wanted to sleep on something more firm (not too soft or cushy because I cannot wake up in the morning). Also, I hate spring mattresses, it hurts my back. This foam mattress works really well and it does not trap much heat or sink in! And an added benefit, it is roughly 20 lbs (twin size) and very easy to carry or transport around. It is easy for me to place or remove my sheets after/when washing. I think you can also directly put the mattress on the ground and it would still be comfortable even without any sheets. I also have the carry cover and using it helps me move the mattress very easily by myself. No trouble. Another thing I should say is I have moved 3 times including being in a different state and this mattress has stayed with me! 10/10 recommend. Lots of reviews say it is good for only a temporary or short-term guest bed but I use it as my permanent mattress! There have been no issues, no smell, no other issue in my 3-4 years of use. The only downside is the height (4 inch) is not very high so when I put it in my frame the bed is very low compared to a normal mattress. The blankets and sheets droop to the ground. I think you can also put memory foam mattress topper on top or something if that is an issue, or add a layer underneath. For me, it did not matter. I just have it directly on the wooden slacks of my bedframe. Would NOT recommend for someone who does not like firm mattresses and is looking for something cushy. It is very firm and is in between the consistency of a yoga/exercise mat and an office chair cushion.

This is awesome for sitting and sleeping!
I waited quite awhile to review this as I wanted ample time to get companies feed back after they stayed at our house a few times and we are using it as a couch (in the folded version) and I wanted to see if it held up. So far we have had it several months and while my company has mentioned it is on the firmer side, it is very comfortable. They do not notice the breaks in the mattress (where the folds are) and they do not feel the floor at all. It looks smaller than a queen when laid out but I think that's just an illusion because the queen sheets I already had fit it just like any other regular mattress. The mattress did have a slight odor but the odor has disappeared to nothing quickly and it expanded extremely well after opening. All measurements on thickness ring true for ours. I purchased a cover separately for when it is folded and use it as a place to sit in my sons room, like a couch when pushed up against the wall in the trifold position. My husband is a big guy (upper 300lbs) and while it does collapse down some with him it never gets to the floor. I am about 140lbs and it barely gives with me when I sit on it. Side note, I have even slept on it before with it folded in our "couch" position and that (while firmer than I liked, I like soft beds) was still very comfortable. This would be more of a nap spot for an adult since it was too short to stretch out or would be perfect for a kid sleeping over if you didnt want to unfold the entire bed.
