Looks very nice, upscale appearance, GREAT PEOPLE!
UPDATE 3/25/15I've got to raise my review score up to 4 stars because this company reached out to me with such humility and such caring that it literally made me feel very, very good about the people behind this product. While this product didn't work for me, I certainly would not hesitate to buy a different product that these people were representing again. Seriously, these are very good people to work with.Looks very nice, upscale appearance. However (first), I'm 6' 3", 260 lbs. and I find that the internal air blatter is too small for my tailbone. I feel like I'm purched up on a tiny cushion, that is very unstable under my bottom. Second, I feel that the seat in itself is to pthat is very unstable under my bottom. Second, the seat in itself is too thick for me. My head is practically touching the ceiling, and I'm looking down out my side window. Third, the internal air bladder is not adjustable in any way.My only hope is to see if I can find someone who can fabricate a cushion for the inside of the vinyl case so it won't be too tall and it will be more stable been than the one that I was sent me.Like most Amazon items, it usually isn't worth the work and the expense it takes to return an item, so we just live with the broken down ones. Especially when you consider that you only have 30 days to return items, and it usually takes me over 3 weeks to figure out if there's any way I can make the thing work. Then I have to go find a box, see if I can find the receipt, make a time consumming phone call to Amazon, make sure I have all the stickers so it's like in brand new condition, box it up, and thenmake drive it to the shipping company, and then wait for confirmation from Amazon that says that it made it back before my 30 days ran out.

Not the right product for me, but a good buy/return experience.
I sent it back. For me, it hit in a weird place on my legs, wasn't big enough for my butt, and didn't help as much as a different company's wedge I'd bought on Amazon for 1/3 the price. When I bought this Clever Yellow item two weeks ago it was $90, so I'd be careful about now buying this model at $129. Not sure what the significant price hike is about, or if they run sales. Seller/Amazon review: I did get a prompt refund and I wished I could have kept the terrific carrying case to use with my $35 wedge by another company. All in all, I liked the Clever Yellow company, had a good buying/returning experience, and would consider buying a different wedge variation from them to see if it worked. Maybe the driving one.

Best I've found
I've tried a few different seats like this. I have issues with pain in coccyx and this item helps me sit while working. I am in IT and often spend 10-14 hours sitting in front of a computer. Over the past few weeks, this cushion has actually helped, unlike other highly rated ones. I tried the Aylio that has such high ratings, and hated it. It slides all over and the cover rolls around the stuffing misshaping it.Additionally, numbness in my legs and feet have lessened and my posture has started to improve. After trying other coccyx cushion, I was very hesitant to buy this one, especially at the price. But I can honestly say that I'm glad I did. I don't use it the entire time I'm sitting, but for sure, most of the time. I don't think it matters what cushion you use, adjustments and changes are always needed. But with this one, I spend most of the time on it and not thinking about it instead of sliding around and constantly trying to get comfortable. This one just feels great! And the cover... It doesn't slide around!!! I mean, it does slide on the chair a bit at first, but it the cover keeps it's shape. Unlike the Aylio I mentioned, this one has a good, sturdy cover that maintains it's shape. I thought it would slide more on the seat, or I'd slide off it, but once I'm planted on the thing, everything stays put.I would not hesitate at all to buy more of these. In fact, my wife is getting one.The one thing is when you are in the process of sitting down, you have to hold it in place. But they are all like that. I think a cool addition to this item would be elastic straps, or even better, non-elastic adjustable straps that go around the chair seat. I'd buy that in a heartbeat!

Expensive and Inadequate
I bought this more for seat elevation than as a cushion for a car seat. It's dimensions do fit the bucket seat just right (15 inches wide) as some of the other cushions I've seen are too wide (18 inches) to fit. However, after a few days of use, I've come to the conclusion that it does neither very well. I was disappointed in the cushion especially considering the price. It did elevate me about an inch but I needed 2-3 inches to achieve the right height as the car seat's lower side bolsters bothered my elbows. I didn't find the cushion very comfortable either. The air cells are too thin in my opinion to work very well. I will be returning this cushion and continuing my search.

Expensive but well worth it indeed
Following several surgeries on my shoulder (detatching muscles and removing bone) I have been told that my posture needs work, so that it will eventually help reduce some of my back and shoulder pain. To help with this, I was advised to purchase a wedge cushion.I spent a fair amount of time researching wedge cushions all over the internet, and the one that kept winning on consumer polls was this one. However, it seemed like ALOT of money (which to be honest, it is). However, reviews for many other wedge pillows were always mixed quite a few high scores, lots and lots of low scores. This cushion seemed to be the opposite, having many more high scores than low.So I bit the bullet, knowing that Clever Yellow themselves offered a money back guarantee if I wasn't happy, and I ordered the item.It arrived promptly and well packaged, and Clever Yellow kept me updated every step of the way - great customer service from them. From the first moment I sat on it (I have it on my computer chair, as that's where I spend the bulk of my time, 10+ hours a day with little breaks during that time) I found my shoulder correcting themselves automatically, which has never happened before, and maintained that perfect dip in the lower back. In fact, the first few days of use my shoulders ached alot more than normal, but my physiotherapist had warned me this would happen if I got a good wedge and managed to correct my posture regularly as I would be using muscles I haven't used in a long time. The other thing I noticed from the first moment is the air pockets on both sides. It's what I would imagine as similar to being sat on a large yoga ball trying to maintain your balance. You can feel one side rise as the other side lowers if you're sitting incorrectly, and I find my body automatically correcting itself that way too, so I sit balanced.I weigh 16.5 st (due to suffering from chronic pain and being unable to exercise or barely walk) and this cushion wedge has not suffered at all from being crushed by my body.I have only 2 downsides on the product (and they're not that bad really!)1) It's a lovely leather material, but unfortunately I do like to wear my leggings when I'm at home relaxing, and whooooooosh, off I slide when I try to pull the chair forward with my legs (using arms is extremely painful and part of my disability). Not sure anything can be done about that, other than I cover it with a little tea towel which gives me the grip I need.2) The wedge sometimes moves as I get up, sit down, etc, and I would like to see some sort of elastic/securing strap on the underside of the wedge, that would perhaps slide under the seat whilst the cushion rests on top?Overall, I am extremely happy with my cushion, and I have recommended it to several people already.Edit 4 Feb 2016I just wanted to do an update for the wedge. It's been 6 months since purchasing and I use it 12+ hours a day. In fact, when I don't use it I feel something is missing. Having said that, even without it my posture has improved massively, with positive comments from my physio. It's helped me sit in one place longer (normally I had to get up every 10mins or so due to pain) but I've now found I can sit 30mins or longer without feeling back pain creeping in. It may not sound much, but for a chronic pain sufferer, it's (hotdog) awesome! What I didn't mention in my original post is that it comes with a black bag (a thin, water-resistant, satchel-type bag) and I've been using this to carry the cushion to Pain Management courses etc where I know I'm going to be sitting on uncomfortable chairs for several hours. To combat the slidiness with my leggings, I've started placing it inside a pillow case (fits perfectly, then fold the excess over) which doesn't change the effectiveness of the wedge at all.Overall I continue to be incredibly happy with my purchase and it was well worth the money spent.

It is well constructed and really feels like it's made for the task
Although the cushion is priced higher than similar items. You can see the quality of the materials and the workmanship of this item are high. It is well constructed and really feels like it's made for the task. I am a driving instructor and spend many hours sitting in my car and as a result I am suffering with facet joint problems. I have recently had spinal injections and then I purchased this cushion after being advised to improve my sitting posture by raising my hips above my knees whilst in the car. I have to say that sitting in this position felt rather strange at first, but the cushion does seem to be helping relieve the pain in my back and lumbar region. I would recommend this product to anyone who has had problems with their lower back. I am going to continue to use this cushion and hope that over time my back pain will be reduced to a mere twinge after a full day in the saddle!

Very Clever Yellow back support
I purchased a Clever Yellow seat cushion because of severe back pain due to sciatica after driving mini buses for a few months. Seat design for light commercial vehicles is pretty poor in my opinion and many drivers of commercial vehicles routinely suffer back pain. I found the Clever Yellow seat cushion an excellent choice. It is well designed, looks good and offers excellent support. It is not the cheapest of products but it is well made and finished to a high standard. The air filled pockets move and adjust to your seating position and give you confidence to start driving again, pain free!I wish I had used one of these seat cushions months ago, it would have prevented both absence from work and chronic back pain.

Great for coccyx pain relief
I ordered this as I suffer with a very sore coccyx (tailbone). I have other cushions but wanted one that didn't flatten during use as memory foam etc are prone to do. This one does not flatten! It's very well made and sturdy, and I use it in the car, at work and at home. It does take a little getting used to at first as the core strengthening aspect makes you feel like you're wobbling - but after a few days you hardly notice it - it's similar to sitting on a gym ball. The only down side, and it is a small one, is that the leather-type covering can get a little sweaty in warm weather, but easily worked around by placing it in a pillow case or similar. Overall I'd definitely recommend it for fellow coccyx pain sufferers, and anyone wanting to improve their sitting posture.

A life changing cushion for back pain
I have struggled to sit for awhile now and have had physio/do Pilates to help with my back pain. Sitting at work and driving was very difficult but this seat has made a huge difference. The crucial thing is that my hips are now higher than my knees so the pressure of sitting is relieved and my posture is much improved. I have tried a lumber roll with it too but found I didn't need it. I drive a VW Golf and the seats really push my knees up - painful. With some trial and error I have found that Using the cushion is really helpful at getting my hips up and I can drive for longer periods of time without the pain getting too much. I would highly recommend this if you have lower back pain and find sitting for lengths of time on ordinary chairs difficult . I feel I could take it with me to a restaurant as it is light, easy to carry and discrete. (this would avoid me having to stand up at the end of every course!)
