3/2020 update- THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED rating is F. I have the tower for less than 1 year & cannot find replacement filters. Wasted about $150. The american dream or way of life??PUR air purifiers are the best. I have 2. The tower is the best. Other reviews say the ‘auto’ function is on a loop; I am evidence this is not true. If I smoke or use an ecig / vape...this machine knows.BTW - I have purchased other purifiers & larger ones...I stand by Pur (specifically the Elite Tower for any full size room.
