As a whole grain, it is a naturally high-fiber, low-fat, low-calorie vegetarian and vegan food ingredient. No directions for cooking?
I was disappointed to see there were no directions on the package for cooking the bulgur. It also came with the package broken inside the shipping envelope. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, so I put it in the freezer.
