This skirt is very well made. I have a few others. LOVE LOVE LOVE the NYC print. It's was kind of hit and miss for me with the fit. I am a women's size 16 and purchase only the 3X size. Some fit well, others fit too tight. This one was too tight so i had to send it back.

The skirt is beautiful, I get compliments every time I wear it, however, there is no give at all in the waist and you should order up from your actual size, I went up 2 sizes and it JUST fits

The item runs small but I love it!!!
