Quickwater for Silks

As you can see I make artifical floral arrangements. I've used a few other brands of faux water. And with those other brands over time the faux water would turn yellow and or crack. I gave this company a shot expecting the worst. BUT BABY I was wrong. I followed the directions but instead of mixing for 3-5 minutes I mixed it for about 7-10 minutes. Their was bubbles at first but by the time it finished cureing the bubbles had dissolved. Overall I'm completely satisfied and I will only be purchasing my faux water with this company.

I bought this to fill a vase and it was super easy to use, dried perfect in 24 hours and looks great.

This quick water is easy to use but after carefully stirring it developed bubbles. Think I may try another brand of acrylic water.

Excellent product

I tried reaching out to the manufacturer and have not received a response. I purchased my QuickWater for Silks kit from Amazon on June 12, 2022. I began my project June 19th. I followed all directions EXACTLY as written. I made sure to read all instructions prior to starting my project as well. At first, all looked good, but within a few hours several bubbles that were not present when I left the arrangement to cure had formed and made their way into the middle of the quick water. I thought maybe these would dissipate as it was still curing. After several days all bubbles were still present and the solution had not formed into a solid, the bubbles became larger and more pronounced. I check on it daily and it remains with the bubbles suspended in the middle of the solution and not a solid. I test the solidity by tilting the arrangement and when I do so the quick water still moves down as a liquid would when tilted (only the top half of the solution is still a liquid, the bottom half is a thick gel). I started doing some research on the quickwater and found that at one point this product was contained within a purple box which had an orchid arrangement pictured on the box. The product name for that product is also QuickWater for Silks just like the one I purchased yet the directions on the purple box were completely different and much more detailed than those on the box I received. It makes me wonder if I had known about this purple box and followed those instructions instead maybe the finished result would have been as it should have been. I asked the manufacturer about this. I wanted to know if the purple box product was in fact the same product as the one in this scarlet box, if so, why did they change the directions? No response from the manufacturer.
