First, apologies for the disgusting picture but, I wanted to show what it grabs. I have long hair and I shed like a Malamute losing its winter coat. My sink drain wasnt draining well at all. I decided to give these a shot before using toxic chemicals or worse taking pipes apart. These worked so well. They are a little difficult to get down all four sides of the stopper but it's worth the work. My drain works exactly how it should without any slow draining at all. My only concern with these would be maybe pushing the hair further down the pipe rather than grabbing all the hair.

There are 5 people in my house and it seems like every month or two the drain in both my bathroom sink and my bathtub get filled up with hair and whatever else makes it way into my drain. I typically have to take the top of the drain off and get a butter knife and stick it in there and pull out the hair and misc items with my fingers. I'm so happy with these drain snakes as I no longer have to do all that nasty work with my fingers. For how much these cost I cant believe I didn't order these sooner.

Love how easy it is to use. Just slide it into the drain past the stopper and pull all the hair and gunk out.

This easily took care of a clogged shower drain. The item is "flat" down the side which I think makes snaking harder than a rounded piece, but my clog was not too deep and grabbed everything first try. They are easy enough to clean if you're not easily grossed out. Luckily, if you are, these are cheap enough that you could toss them and use one of the extras you get.

I liked these drain snakes in that they easily go down the drain. I use they in my bathtub and sinks. The go down the drain easy and come up with ease and with all the crap that has lodged in the pipes. I have recommended these to friends and family.

Beware of the potential issue with this item, that happened to me. While pulling the hair, this plastic one broke halfway, leaving the other half inside the drain. I had to struggle very hard to pull the leftover piece out of the drain.Please think twice before using this type of product. The idea is good, but this plastic is too brittle and easily breakable.

So far I've only used it on the bathroom sink, but it worked beautifully! After only putting it down the drain once, a bunch of stuff came up and now water is draining just fine.

Darn near pulled out an entire wig outta the sink . Necessary for women guest lol
