Great for most shoes - avoid shoes with zippers in back
These work on most shoes and are very comfortable. I sprayed mine with Kiwi Boot Waterproofing Spray before installing in my shoes so they would last longer and repel foot odor and sweat. This seems to help keep them clean and from becoming small foot-based petri dishes. They do make your shoes a little snugger when needed, are very comfortable and aren't noticeable when walking. Shoes like booties that have zippers in the back don't work with these - the zipper keeps the backs from sticking and when taking the shoes on and off, the pads shift and come unglued. Perfect for high heels and wedges as well as flats. I trimmed a few to size in order to fit shoes with lower backs. Overall a solid product. Adhesive slips a little on a 90+ degree day with a lot of walking, but for me that was a bit expected.

Very hard to stick on the back of heels, not enough cushion.
It was so hard to put on the back of my heels..I bought these since my heels were a little too big on me and I didn't want the back of my foot getting cut from new heels. It didn't do much.. so I took them off. Very disappointed.

Doesn't work and still felt pain
It doesn't work. Didn't relief my pain after wearing my shoes for an hour. So I had to take out my shoes and rest my feet before walking again.
