Using these daily for metatarsalgia
I injured my foot and figured it would heal eventually, but it kept getting worse. Eventually learned I had metatarsalgia and needed some kind of metatarsal pads. I ordered a few but these were the best. They're made for your shoes but I place them directly on my foot, using the R for my left foot. I'm supposed to be icing my foot but I never do, so it's healing slowly but these pads have made it possible to walk without pain and now, a few months later, the injury is 95% better.Pros: Reusable, great adhesion, non-toxic, perfectly shaped.Cons: 1) They get gross fast, even if you wash them after every use, and at a certain point are too grimy to come fully clean and at that point they lose their adhesion and slip around. But one pack of these lasted me about three months. 2) I wish I could buy a whole pack of just the right foot shape, as I have no use for the left ones. I tried them once when the others were getting worn out, but the shape is wrong for cushioning your foot where it needs to. 3) It's hard at first to figure out where to adhere it to your foot. I still get it wrong some days. You want the beginning of the cushion up against where the ball of your foot begins—you'll feel it if it's wrong.

Versatile and comfortable
Correct placement on to shoes can be tricky so I just reverse the right and left and stick them to the bottom of my clean foot. Since they are gel they stick and remove easily. Just clean before using again and save clear plastic it came on to restick a store between uses. I gave them only 4 stars because I use them for Morton’s Neuroma and they would be more effective if the cushion were a bit thicker.

Comfy
These have been a game changer for days when I’m on my feet for hours. I use them in both work shoes and heels, and they definitely reduce the burning sensation in the ball of my foot. They stay in place better than others I’ve tried and don’t make the shoe feel too tight. I’ve reused them a few times and they hold their shape well. A small comfort item that really makes a difference.

Ball is not cushy.
Don’t like to give poor reviews. The ball of this pad was too hard in my opinion. Have used other brands that are more cushy.

Morton's neuroma pain is now manageable
After I got these in the right spot they started easing my steps a lot. My neuroma has moved to the other side now and it's really tough to do my job around 10k steps a day. With these it's a slight discomfort, without these every step feels like a rock in my foot. I'm thankful for the relief. Not too thick do they were able to fit into my new shoes as well. However sticking to fabric doesn't work too well especially if sorry, and shoe insoles arent easy to clean, also many new shoes do not have removable insoles or ones that you shouldn't remove and it makes it real tough to position the pad. I tried using a bit of tape to keep it in place, but inside of shoes are no place for adhesion. But it settles in a good spot usually so it's not a huge deal. I have yet to test if you can just clean the sticky part and get the same stickiness but I know it can be done as I have a medical wrapping that does just that. After enough time this might just "cure" my Morton's neuroma. Fingers crossed.Anyways thanks for the pain relief "Temiart". What a weird name...

Really help ball of foot pain
Indispensable when the ball of your foot gets sore or bruised, and since these are applied to your insoles, they last much longer than the stick-on disposables (which are also useful with shoes you don’t wear very often or barefoot around the house)
