Brian P. Cleary
I love Brian P Cleary books for children. His books are so simple that it makes the concepts of things like money, verbs, ad verbs, adjectives and so much more easy to understand for smaller children. His books helped teach my own children. I recommend his books to any teacher or parent.

This book was a great addition to our money curriculum. This book is both funny and silly. It offers children a way to learn about money. This shares some creative ways to see how money works with each other. For example, it 10 pennies are in a dime. There are a few both fun and silly examples so children can have fun while learning.

Good intro to coins and bills
Good step by step explanation of coins and bills, short and brief, good rhymes. Could use a little more details behind the math - but you can also see all the coins and bills and do the math by looking at the illustrations. 5yr loves it, even made himself fake paper money to play with his cash register and 'sell things at the store'
