Product very good. Ample storage capacity. Good flavour and purification is good. Customer feels satisfied as the mechanism is quite transparent.Point to make note is water wastage is minimum when compared to other models. Facility provided to empty the tank any time by providing an outlet at the bottom of the tank and that to by means of a screwd outlet that can be operated easily by hand without any tool.Some other models empty the water by 2 to 3 lts very hour and refills. In this model it is not like that . The refilling is based on our usage only. This i am writing after 30 days use and basing on my experience with other models for a period of 10 years. This Product was Delivered on July 9, 2020. I requested for the Installation as soon as receiving the Product and the Service Guy came within an Hour after calling me for the address info. The purifier was Installed on the same day even though 12th July being a Sunday. I would urge others to request for the Installation and not wait for the Brand to call back as it may take time as they offer service according to the Queue. Also, Speed of Installation or Service may take time as per the Service Provider Availability. In my case, the Installation Work was given to their Authorised Service Centre in my area. The Service Guy himself did everything on his own and the Overall Experience was Satisfactory. He asked me for the Prefilter (External Filter) on the call before coming and told me the price to be 700 ( which may vary with Service Provider)After the installation, he said he changed the Inline Sediment Filter as it was defective but being in warranty it won't cost me a buck. He also asked me for my preferred TDS Level and he suggested to set it at 80. One thing to note is that the TDS level can only be set by the Service Guy with the help of a screw and there's no knob or button available to the end-user. Another thing he told me is that the Warranty for the Sediment and Carbon Filters is 6 months and for other filters and Parts is 1 year, In that period, the Respective Parts will be changed free of cost by the Service Guy himself. After the One Year, Only Service will be Free (Visiting and Maintenance Charges) but the Filters or any other parts have to bear by the Consumer (500-1000 for filters and 2500 for water pump). He also suggested changing the Prefilter every 3 months which will cost around 100-200. For other filters, it may vary according to the Water Consumption and the Water Quality of the Source. Although filters should be changed at least once a year. One Important thing to note before buying this particular product which I completely missed is that Kent New Grand doesn't come with a UV lamp inside Storage Tank, whereas it is present in the Newer Model Kent New Grand Plus. I would highly recommend going for that Model as it is only 1000 rupees (at max) more than this one but the extra UV lamp does ensure there are no bacterias present in the Storage Tank itself after all the Purification has been done ( It comes with a 9L tank as compared to 8L). It has all the same features as this one with that extra feature. As for the UV Lamp, it is not mentioned anywhere on Kent's Website or User Manual but by the looks of it, it does feel like a Stainless Steel Chamber (Do ask the Installation Guy or the Customer Service for the same). This was my Overall Experience for now and I opted than any other brand only because of that 3 years Extended AMC they are offering as opposed to their rivals. Thank You.Edit****Writing this Part in January 2022 (almost 1.5 years later from the Date of Purchase) mostly to showcase the after sales part of Kent. In few words their Service is good 9r atleast in my region it's better. I have to ₹200 Extra for changing External PreFilter in 3-4 months. Internal Filters of the Purifier are working fine and I haven't changed any Internal Part till now as there has been no sign of alarm. Although, Service Guy did mention to change it as he mentioned that Internal Filters are good for One Year. But I'll wait for the alarm. Internal Filters might worth 3-4k in Total so keep that in mind. Pre filter TDS level is around 300-500. Filter hasn't dissapointed till now and has worked fine in both Winter and Summer Season. So anyone watching this can opt for Kent Newer Model with extra features.

Excellent experience with Amazon for the shopping and delivery. Excellent product experience. Received a new box piece and Kent had given all the required piping and plumbing accessories so you don't need to goto a store. I set up the ro myself since I was doing a table top setup and not a wall mounted. Easy to install and works like a charm. 5 stage purification outputs clean healthy water. My requirement for the ro was that it needs to be usable even under 0 inlet pressure circumstances (achieved by a quick mod to the inlet low pressure sensor) because I travel and camp and use the ro on the go to filter water from rivers and streams. The pump is a good quality 100 psi DP capable of self priming. Bear in mind that this mode of operation in the aforementioned use cases would shorten the lives of the filters and pump AND ALSO VOID YOUR KENT PRODUCT WARRANTY but it's the only option for travellers hence, a worthwhile trade-off. Hope this review helps future travellers who prefer and trust only their own source of clean drinking water!!

Had great experience with this.I had a Philips UV filter before this, and wanted to switch because it was showing age and replacement parts weren't easily available.Decided to go for this after some research, and it's working great so far.I did add a sediment filter to this, which goes before the input, as our water gets in a lot of sediments. I got this delivered in the covid condition, so I did set it all up myself for hygine purposes. Only left the drilling up to the technician. The default TDS in my case as 50, which he checked, but did not calibrate. I later manually calibrated it to 98. But it has been functioning flawlessly for 2 months so far. The taste/flavour is also great at that value. It doesn't taste too bitter, just a bit, which is manageable. Our previous water (~500 TDS) tasted great, but didn't quench the thirst. This one does seem to quench it quite well.The only gripe is that the power/function LED is at the top of the purifier. You will naturally mount this above the kitchen counter, so it's difficult to see whether it's on or not at that height, especially during the day. Apart from t
