Good quality
I actually bought this to attach to my shirt for a superhero race -- I'm 5'3" and, spread out, the covered me from mid-shoulder to mid-shoulder, and almost to my lower back. Great quality, though I don't know about the Velcro attachments since I didn't used them.

Awesome cape! My 3 year old has so much fun "flying" with it!
This is absolutely perfect for any toddler running around playing superhero! It fits comfortably on my 3 year old, and does not fall off. She has actually ran around and done cart wheels and everything and it stays on very well! I love the material of this as well, the shiny-ness adds to the superhero persona!
