I bought this supplement to raise my pH as a recommendation of "The Whole Body Approach to Osteoporosis" by R. Keith McCormick, DC. I took 2 capsules per day for a week and my first morning urine pH went from 6 to 8. Yay. I will drop back to 1 capsule per day starting today.

This is a potassium pill recommended and is a bang for your buck. Although, my stomach doesn't handle the recommended dosage at 4 pills. I would have stomach cramps and its unbearable. I now take 1 pill or 2 pills at a time and it seems to be better. Since i'm on keto I need to take potassium supplements. Overall, I think it does its job and I just add Himalayan pink salt to keep my hydration up.

Was trying to come up with a cheaper version of potassium supplement than the rx version. This amazingly didn’t bother my stomach like rx potassium tabs and I had less problems with stomach acid. Would recommend for those that need a potassium supplement!

Potassium Bicarbonate puts a stop to the bad effects of higher acidity in the body. This is a good high dose and being in pill form, much easier to tolerate than powder. I appreciate the no-nonsense packaging and I’ll definitely order again.

The capsules are not strong enough to add to a pill organizer. Most broke open and dissolved the other capsules in the organizer. Many also broke open inside the original container. I don't know if this was from the slight shaking I did to get the capsules out, because I didn't notice broken capsules when I placed the into the pill organizers. I returned the unused portion without a problem.

This was the most reasonably priced.Use to get my pottasium intake up. So far it is working just started adding it in am and pm with meals.
