Sexy, fun, very satisfying comfort read
I just found my next favorite comfort read. FU is an absolutely fun, very entertaining read with sizzing chemistry, lots of very satisfying sexytime and two lovable MCs. Mikey and Scott have amazing chemistry and a unique playfullness that makes their connection all the more special. I love the build up, the deepening attraction and those amazing feels that are truly palpable throughout the story. This is definitely the author's lightest book so far and I enjoyed every minute of it. We get the author's signiture writing style with his humor and very lifelike, entertaining banter between his characters. There are layers, emotions and wonderful secondary characters. This is the best comfort read I've read for a long time. Highly recommended.

Really Enjoyed this Story... 4.5 Star's
I really enjoyed this book I loved the characters Scott and Mikey from their very awkward first meeting to the love that grew between them. This book was full of secrets and drama that had you rooting for Scott and Mikey to overcome their demons and face their past's and in the next breath wanting to give Scott a kick in the butt for pushing Mikey away. I enjoyed Mikey's sister and brother I feel a story in there for Jordan waiting to be told. But I was glad when the truth finally came out about what their parents put Mikey through when he discovered his dad's secrets it made them understand him more and also brought them closer together and showed Mikey that he wasn't alone. A very good read I would have loved to find out if his parents ever swallowed their pride and apologized for all the hurt and pain that they caused or did they keep on living in denial. A very good read by Devon McCormack.

Warm, caring, sweet - loved this story
These two guys (Mikey and Scott) didn't get off to a great start, but things turned around for them pretty quickly. And then things were awesome. Mikey can't get over how nice a guy Scott is. He is genuinely so nice. Scott has a hard time comprehending how Mikey has had his first m/m experience and he's not freaking out. These two are so great together. They are super funny and have very open, honest communication (most of the time). They are thoughtful and considerate of each other and BONUS, they are smoking hot! Scott has issues with his father that have sort of messed with his head. Mikey has issues with both of his parents and those have messed with his head big time! Besides the romance, this is part of the story that drives the plot.I only became aware of Devon McCormack recently when I read a collaborative effort of his (Metropolis, with Riley Hart). He's a good writer! I read this book as a KU subscriber but I have now purchased it because it will go in my 'comfort' category on my kindle. I'll read it again when I need something encouraging, and sweet and cozy. 4 1/2 stars

So Amazing
Devon McCormack has become one of my favorites authors. Each book I read is better than the one before. This one is no exception.People come in your life when you least expect it or want it. This is the theme of this book. Two people with no expectations getting under each other's skin. It was sexy, funny, sad at times, but I was never left wanting. Everything that needed to be in this book was there.Devon has a gift with writing characters. You feel what they are feeling and I love every moment of it. Pick this one up, you won't be sorry. 5 stars

and fun. However the storyline seemed a little thin to ...
The sex is hot, steamy, and fun. However the storyline seemed a little thin to me. Lots of dysfunctional family dynamics that were described as very traumatic when in reality they might be seen by many as somewhat ordinary family issues. Yet these issues propelled the storyline and the problems in connecting for the major characters. I got a little bored from time to time, but it's an OK read. Other reviewers liked it a lot more than I did. One more thing, I don't think the cover fits the book very well, but then that happens more often than not these days. "Don't judge a book by its cover," true that.

Sexy
A sexy romp between Mikey, a previously straight guy, in town visiting family and staying with his brother Jordan, and Jordan's best friend/ roommate Scott, an out and proud gay man. The way these two meet is hilarious, and the fun just keeps on coming as they get together. Some family drama on both sides keeps the story interesting. It has a great hea and epilogue. All is going well until the abrupt and imo unfinished ending.3.5/5 stars

Smoking hot
This was one of my first reads of Devon’s, and it remains one of my favorites. It’s a comfort re-read for me, and the audio is amazing too! First times is one of my very favorite tropes to read about, and Devon nails it for me in Scott and Mikey’s story. In fact, this story hits so many high points for me, including the confident jock and the not-as-confident guy and brother’s best friend. Their story is smoking hot, full of chemistry, some laughs and lotion as lube.

Another Knockout!
Don't let the title fool you. There is significantly more substance to this book than the title would imply. This is a sweet ride. What starts as a friends-with-benefits arrangement soon escalates to something much more. It takes a while for Mikey and Scott to figure out why they are drawn to each other, but once they do, it's amazing. I found this type of "figuring things out" authentic. Every one goes through something similar at the beginning of a relationship, be it platonic or romantic. Questions pop up (Am I seeing more than what is there? Do they feel the same way I do?), and it's not until those questions are answered do you feel that you are on solid ground. Mikey and Scott go through something similar as they each try to figure out the boundaries of their relationship. Throw obstacles such as family in, like Mikey's brother, who is also Scott's roommate, and you have the perfect setting for real-life drama.Oh, and the epilogue. Perfect!

Fun, cute and sexy
The book is really good. At the same time that Mikey and Scott are depraved they're very cute and passionate about each other. The book has a good happy ending and i was thrilled that it didnt end with that amount of sadness and melancholy that gay stories usually have.
