It's brand new, It arrived on schedule and I painted it with caliper paint. It wont need to be replaced in any foreseeable sight.

Covered in grime, otherwise great shape
The pipe adapter came on time and is the right size as described. My catalytic converters got welded to the intermediate pipe by a previous owner so when I went to replace the exhaust, I was glad I could find this last piece of the puzzle. The reason for 4 stars is that I could definitely tell it had been sitting in storage for a while. It came pretty grimy and covered in sticker adhesive. So I will have to clean that off before installing. Other than that it is perfect!

Durable and tight in heavy-duty use/Mates with 41726
I've been using two of these in the custom exhaust I made for a track car. I like this kind when I want two or three degrees of angle adjustability for my final pipe alignment. But only a couple degrees! Use a little Permatex sealant, and don't try to use them to make a double-degree bend, and you'll be fine. Mine have sealed up nice and tight in very, very vibration-prone and super-hot positions near the headers on a V8. The only potential negative is, they are bulky, so they're better for spaces like the engine compartment or around the rear axle, where you have room. For something close to the underbody mid-car, I use a band clamp instead.

It's not correct for my project.. it's a 3 inch OD ball and I needed 2 1/2...The first one I ordered was returned before it even arrived for some odd reason...

**UPDATE** I ordered another one but I got a 2" adapter instead of a 2.5". Wrong adapter entirely. The first time I ordered 2.5" it came as it was displayed, but the second time (now) it did not.I own a 2017 Mazda 3 GS Sport Hatchback. I bought this exhaust adapter to connect my custom muffler to my stock exhaust, works absolutely amazing. Tight seal, no leak. Would recommend this product for anyone with a custom muffler/exhaust.
