I've read a lot of boring textbooks in my time; luckily, this isn't one of them. Very easy to read and provides useful information for improving your own communication techniques. I recommend.

This textbook was by far one of the most useful for my major. It explains the theories in a very concise manner and does not waste your time with endless examples. The book itself though is not very sturdy and I am not sure how long it will last with frequent uses.

Ich habe dieses Buch für mein Studium besorgen müssen, es war Pflichliteratur. Als ich es erhielt war ich sehr erstaunt über das winzige Volumen des Buches und den, nennen wir es, anfälligen und wabbeligen Buchumschlag. Inhaltlich ist dieses Buch leicht zu verstehen, aber für die geringe Menge an Inhalt und den anfälligen Umschlag (wirklich sehr dünn, Eselsohren vorprogrammiert bei Gebrauch) ist der Preis unverhältnismäßig hoch. Unverständlich auch, weil es keine weiteren Zusatzmaterialien (wie z.B. CD mit Aufgaben oder Zugang zu web-Material) enthält.Kurz ausgedrück: Ein dünnes Buch mit dickem Preis!
