I have them in my work boots. I am a delivery driver.They came sized perfectly, no need to adjust.They are lovely and soft with firm supportThey do, however, make my boots feel a bit snug so do allow for losing a bit of shoe size.My feet now no longer feel burny and sore after work, less tired and also, less calluses.

I use these insoles for work and after trying these my feet don't hurt/ache as much as before without the insoles.
