These are great compression sleeves. My wife wears them at night after a long day at work and she is able to sleep comfortably all night and feels well rested the next morning. The calf compression sleeves fit snug to her calves, and they stay in place no matter the frequency in leg motion. Shee absolutely loves them and wears them every night. These are made from a softer, sock-like material rather than spandex. It makes a world of difference and allows your skin to breathe more. She washed them this morning in the washing machine and dried them dry in the dryer. They have not shrunk yet after the first wash and dry cycle. Worth the purchase if you're buying these on lighting deal - otherwise (in my opinion) they're not worth a retail price point of $39.The sizing is accurate. I bought them in large and they fit well.I'm not sure the calf ventilation is really worthwhile, or in any way beneficial. I bought them for shin protection while deadlifting, but they will also work well for people who need lower extremity compression.
