I've been using this product for years, and I really don't want to switch it for anything else.

Quick touch up.... definitely an easy product to use. Love love the color... perfect match.... As close to my natural color as I've ever had.... Lasts through the month!

I didn't think this would be my exact hair color, but it was! The conditioner makes my hair a bit softer, as the dye is such a gorgeous color.

Very good product. Does what it needs to! Used two to dye my greys and I am completely impressed. Very gentle on the hair and is also easy to apply. My hair is natural 4B and this works wonders.

I love the natural instinct hair colors. It really works in 20 minutes even on dark hair, there is no smell at all cause is very natural, so it does not harm people like me that suffer from sinus and other allergies. Until now, Natural Instinct is the only hair color that is safe to use for me. Plus the conditioner, wow, I just love it. Smells soft and nice and leaves your hair soft, smooth and very shiny.Love all of it.

Thankfully no allergic reaction. Didn't stain the tub or sink. I got the black brown color. The only thing is the picture shows that it's a little bit more brown (warm) than it actually is in person. In reality it's more of a natural black, so darker than the pic. But no blue undertones and no green undertones, just nice and natural. It took me forever to find a shade like this. Every other shade on Amazon people said they were too cool toned (blue or green undertones) or red brown results.Will buy this again if I need a touch up. Other people said that it lasts longer than a demi-permanent normally should so keep that in mind.

The dye does not have a date and in that case we don't know when it expires.
