A Great Light- Solid, Durable and Bright
I purchased this to replace a Streamlight that had batteries which leaked onto the LEDs. This one outshined the older version by a lot. Mounted it to my fire helmet and actually used it at the scene of a car accident this past weekend. Bright light, perfect mounting and 4AAs included. Very nice light and look forward to using it more. Also, on a side note, appreciated the perforated plastic packaging to make the normally frustrating blister pack opening process a ton easier.

Excellent flashlight!
First off, the light, on the manufacturer’s packaging is actually advertised as 200 lumens. This light is quite bright, well made, and light weight. The power switch is easy to turn on and off, and there is no need to fumble about with multiple brightnesses and other modes. I use it mainly for walking my dog, but I live in an area where we have some pretty dark spots, and this light lights up object a quite a distance away. More than sufficient for my needs.

Useful at the FBO
This great flashlight has been perfect for use at the airport where I work. I can check hangars, do walkarounds of aircraft, light up and read their tail numbers from a good distance, and otherwise safely and confidently perform my duties at night with a very bright and sturdy flashlight that I can carry around in my front pants pocket. You can pay a little more or less for flashlights that are "intrisically safe" if you prefer that for fueling and whatnot. This one is specced for use in certain hazardous locations and I've used it for fueling at night without worry. I dare say it's a step up from some pretty janky flashlights that I've used for the same purpose over the years. Very pleased with the purchase.

Great for the price
The department didn't issue me a light. At a recent training I found out how important it is. I saw some others with similar models of helmet lights so I got this one with a Streamlight band. It doesn't weigh very much, it's bright as can be (I don't know if somebody made a mistake but the one I received is clearly marked 200 lumen.) I haven't taken it inside a smokey environment yet to see how well it performs there. Easy to operate with heavy gloves. It may not look by the way it's sitting on the helmet but it shines directly in front. I like this method of attaching the light. Clamps seemed like they would get snagged. Like everything, time will tell. In rough environments it's going to get damaged, possibly melted, we'll see.

Bright
Thought it would be larger. A bit costly. But very bright. After reading reviews of rechargeable lights, too many bad reviews. I decided to go old school. Just regular batteries. Good flashlight.

The Best Flashlight for Work.
I use this for work every day and it is excellent. Perfect for doing electrical work. Light is clean and bright, batteries last a very long time, and it fits in my pockets perfectly. Won't roll away if it is set down due to the shape either. Very durable and worth the money.

Streamlight is my go to brand for flashlights, and in my opinion build the best flashlights in the world. The prefocussed reflectors are SO much better than the "adjustable beam" ones. (My hands down all time favorite flashlight which gets daily use is the Stinger LED HLP. An incredibly bright, long range balanced beam). For a 4AA light, this is my favorite. The Luxeon is brighter than the multi LED version, and both are rated for hazardous atmospheres. I like the shape and plastic case, as it fits nicely into the hand, and can be held with your teeth in a pinch. "Only" 100 lumen rating, but Streamlight ratings are conservative, and it is pretty bright. I have several of these, and just bought 2 more. Recommended!!

Just died, the on/off switch at the bottom doesnt make contact anymore. Not reliable at all for the money.
