The No-Cook, Skinny, Delicious, Nutritious Overnight Oats in a Jar Cookbook

Worth the low cost
Although a poor cover picture resolution, and no product pics, it’s well worth the money. This saves me from searching for recipes I would enjoy. Recipes are real simple and easy to follow. It has her other books listed pre and post recipes (good marketing). Well worth the extremely low cost.

Quick and to the point
This book has some great overnight oats recipes! I was able to screen shot my favorites easily. Thank you, Ms. Kramer!

Skinny overpriced book!
I expected a little more. As another has stated, this looks like I printed it here at my computer and made my own book. For what is in this "book" all the same info could easily be found online and printed out. This I guess I knew but wanted a physical "book" to refer to. The recipes are very similar with few changes here and there but basically the same. The "disclaimer" at the front of the book really was a hoot to me. You get the feeling your holding a book containing the original secret recipe for Aunt Jemima's Pancakes! Not sure what I really expected...I guess a little more for my money. This pamphlet should be half the price we're paying for it. Then I would have given it another star. Maybe.

I never buy vanilla flavored milk or yogurt as the sweet flavor limits its versatility (in my opinion)
Most of these recipes sound very tasty and reasonably healthy. However, over and over again the recipes call for vanilla milk and vanilla yogurt. I never buy vanilla flavored milk or yogurt as the sweet flavor limits its versatility (in my opinion). I can't find any reference to substitutions in the booklet. How much vanilla extract to add to plain milk or yogurt? An 1/8 of a teaspoon? A tablespoon? Aside from this inconvenience (for me), I think many people would find the recipes enjoyable and delicious.

A fun and delicious breakfasts.
Finally a fun way to get the kids involved in eating healthy! This book is great, allowing family members to make their favorites, and then just grabbing in the morning when you are in a hurry. This grab and go breakfast fits my families needs. What a time saver in the mornings, and so yummy! I am so glad I picked up this book, and my family is too!

These are very healthy and filling. Easy recipes and tasty for the early on the go mornings where you need a quick take along breakfast. They use mostly the same base ingredients: non dairy milk, oatmeal, chia seeds, and yogurt with added spices, nuts, fruits, honey etc.

Very limited
Not many recipes and most contain vanilla flavoured milk or yoghurt which I dislike so rather disappointed

Keep your money
Expected a professional book with lots of recipes and hints but this is not much more than a pamphlet with more adverts for other publications than anything else with glossy cover, keep your money

Complete rip off for the money. Cheap and home made looking and half the pages seem to be details of other 'books' she's written! Can't say I've tried any recipes as it was meant to be a present but I'm far too embarrassed to give it to its intended recipient!
