I picked this up for my 13 year old cat who loves to watch everything outside but hates leaving the house. I was hesitant to getting a suction cup window perch but took a chance given the reviews.It's super sturdy, she can stretch out on it or curl up. She also likes to be super toasty, so I picked up the KH Pet Bed Warmer Large (11"x24") as it fits nicely inside the hammock cover that goes over the frame! She liked it so much I picked up a second one.The only downside to the purchase was the free window toys. They have 2 metal loops inside the actual toys to make them articulated between the body and tail but my poor cat kept getting her teeth caught in the metal loops, so I ended up tossing them out.

**UPDATE**Now that we're 11 months in, I unfortunately need to update my review for the worse.To start, I've noticed whenever there are extreme temperature changes, the cups will loosen their suction, cause the perch to collapse. Slightly understandable, because, science, but a hazard to my cats nonetheless. This docks one star.Then finally, the main reason I'm docking another star, is because I just washed the canvas cover (I've washed thr fleece blanket multiple times, no issues) and the plastic interior completely disintegrated in my washer, and I'm assuming, now making this cover a lot less sturdier. It's only been washed this one time, with other pet blankets, cool temps, and average detergent. So not only do I have this mess all over my washer, I need a replacement cover, which I doubt will be possible to find, but I'll try my luck with the seller and see.It's a shame, my cats love this thing, but the quality is slightly less than what you pay for apparently.---‐--------------------------------24 hours in and so far so good! I bought this replace a stand/perch that got ruined and my kitties were very excited to have a perch back in their favorite window! It was pretty self-explanatory to assemble. Blanket is nice and soft, and everything is easily washable which is really nice. I did realize because my windows are an uncommon size the wire was too long to fit on the same pane, so I had to shorten it by tying knots in it, which worked perfectly. This morning one top cup did lose it's suction and it collapsed, but I wasn't in the room at the time so I'm not sure what contributed to that. I've been checking the cups every so often to make sure they still have a suction, which is something I'd recommend everyone to do. I have cats ranging from a 5lb kitten to an 11lb adult and they fit fine. Toys were an added bonus I didn't expect my cats to care about, but they did! Definitely considering buying more for a couple of other spots in our house! Price is great for this.

Our 1 year old cat is usually the one that calls dibs sitting on this hammock. The shy 7 year old cat will stand her ground once she’s decided to call dibs herself. Plus, our 7 year old is on the heavy side n it holds her really well.I wasn’t surprised our 1 year old liked it (she likes most things), but when the 7 year old is a fan I get super excited lolWe stick it on our sliding backdoor. Fits snug n sturdy even when we slide open n close our backdoor. Set up was easy! It also came w toys n a blanket they like n backup suction cups for the hammock itself.Overall really great deal for everything it comes with n the quality of the product(:

At first I was disappointed because the cats seemed to ignore it. It just took them some time to check it out, and now they use it daily. I think it's amusing that they sleep with their backs toward the window sometimes, completely ignoring the outside bird activity. Oh well, whatever floats their boat! Very pleased with product.

I have narrow windows. the product says 21" bed, even the reviewers asking other reviewers keep saying 21" bed. It doesn't matter if the bed is 10" or 100", what matters is the width of window you need to accommodate the suction cups. So for you other buyers out there with the misfortune of tiny windows the suction cups need 23 and 3/4" so 24" to be safe. My windows are 22" :-(

I was really impressed with this little thing. After a little doing with the suction cups, it’s a favorite spot. I really didn’t have a lot of hope for it, but the reviews were good. My fattest floof hops right in there all the time. She loves to sleep and sun, watch the world go by. It’s her spot. Honestly considering ordering more so her younger brothers can get some window time.

Our spoiled little kitty loves this hammock. Definitely think of the toys as a BONUS and not part of the purchase price because while she had fun with them, they don't have the section power to stay on for long and fall apart within a few rounds of play.As for the hammock - follow the instructions here on the Amazon page and you'll be fine. We've had it up on the window for probably two months without adjusting/any falls and the cat jumps off and on with confidence. She is only about 7.5lbs so I cannot attest to the claimed weight limit.
