Balance Board Challenge.
Excellent bit of kit.So many clients struggling with it which is my point.Balance so important this will help them improve. Great value,simple quality design.I have my clients stand on it holding two broom handles to help them steady to start with then progress to one pole and eventually no poles.I time challenge them on no touch down of the platform building good balance core and leg strength. Most of my clients are of older generation.Its a simple challenge for them that has helped their balance and walking posture /strength.

Mastering Stability
Far superior to wobble cushion. Great step on way to stability by mastering side to side balance first.

Works well, strong manufacturing, except for non-slip strips underneath
I love using this for balance strengthening. There's just one weakness: after 9 months use, the anti-slip strips on the underside are wearing through and it's starting to damage the floor. The manufacturer says they include an extra pair but I couldn't find any in my package and there is no customer service email or number on their website or listings.

Brought for grand daughter to help with physio. Anti slip is perfect as she feels safe and good size

As a former dance instructor and a NASM personal trainer I can say that this board is amazing. It is great to help older individuals with balance. It is nicely made and had grip protection so you don’t slide. I am super impressed with the quality of it. It is easy to use! Love it!

Over a year and a half later it's still like brand new! Strong and good build, the grip is great and it has padding so it doesn't hit the floor hard and make noise or damage. Great for balance work and a budget replacement for some bosu ball exercises!
