It heats evenly and quickly. The lid fits tightly. Because it is stainless steel, it is non-sticking and easy to clean. I will be buying more of these pans of different sizes made by this manufacturer.

We upgraded our kitchen to an induction cooktop and, except for the cast-iron fry pans, needed induction-ready pans and pots. This was my first buy and it works great. I like the clear lid as well.It has measure marks on the interior which I also like. Now I need to find a one-quart model. I've bought larger pots and a fry pan from different companies. The thick base is always a plus.

Nearly two years owing and using this pot/pan set constantly, the wife and I are in agreement there are just none better, at any price. Rivetless pots/pans are few and far between, but once you clean them a few times you will never go back. SO easy, and no rivets inside to worry about gunk building up, and having to clean around. Cooking evenness is amazing, the weight of the pans is superbly light considering the superb quality, and the wife absolutely adores their ability to withstand the dishwasher and/or clean by hand. "It's a breeze to clean these," she says. Paired with a nice flattop stove, properly leveled, cooking with these Saflon pots/pans is just over the top and excellent experience. They are holding up superbly well, and earn a solid 5 stars across the board from us. Our advice: spend the money- it is worth every penny in the long run. We'd order them again in a heartbeat.

These are my go-to pots for making popcorn - way better than those awful microwave packets but just as fast. Just put two tablespoons of coconut oil in it and enough popcorn to coat the bottom, pop the lid on and heat on the stove on high until it begins to pop. The heavy bottom makes sure it doesn't burn, the glass lid makes it easy to see what's happening inside (and has a built-in vent!), and the big handles make it easy to lift it off the stove and hold / shake it above the burner once it starts popping. Pretty much every kernel pops. I've gotten several of these to give as gifts with some popcorn supplies.

I’ve been using this pot for months now. You can tell that it’s a quality product just from picking it up and looking at it. It’s got a good solid weight and distributes heat evenly. Whatever the price is I can say that it’s worth every penny.

This product was definitely not new when I received it. The box was pretty damaged (pressed corner and torn tabs). There was dust and a hair under the lid handle (between the glass and the screwed on handle). And a few scratches on the bottom.
