No more leaks
The wax ring on my bathroom just started to leak. I replaced it with the sani seal easy to install and no mess. Also I did not need to use caulking at the base of the toilet.

Best I have found
I am a plumber and I have checked all the new toilet bottom seals . These are simple to use and work great. The problem with the old wax ring kind was that they are not resiliant , that is once the wax has been depressed by setting the toilet on it, it of course doesn't reconform to a moving toilet , moving either just in the act of setting the toilet down or by any later movement that may occur. Consequently about 99% of toilets leak at least some . It is very common to see deterioration of the wood around where the toilet mounts to the floor . Spend the extra money and avoid the leaks!

Don’t use wax! Use these!
These are the way to go if you’re pulling a leaking toilet! They don’t leak! Really! You can even stack them to make up a void. I always use these because wax is messy and leaks. Plus you can ruin a wax seal plunging. You don’t have any of those issues with these. Better than the fluidmaster. Don’t buy anything else. Yes the wax is cheaper but not worth it. These are the way to go.

No extention sleeves ...NOT HAPPY

best thing since sliced bread
These seals are the best... used three of them and will never go back to the wax gook...The seal the closet flange 100% from seepage which rots your floors over the years. I know as I used wax 30 years later I find the floor punky b/c of seepage.If you need to move the toilet no problem as these seals are reusable.

Sure beats wax!
Particularly on a second story, this is your right product. ver if you are an amateur, and the toilet rocks a bit, these guys adjust.

I'm sure this would work for some installs but not mine
I have a high toilet flange so ended up going with a wax ring with a flange that assures a good fit. Very happy with wax ring.
