Reacts with coke or ironbrew causing it to fizz
Neither I nor the grandchildren liked drinking from these straws. They leave a taste in your mouth. If you have coke from a can and put the straw in it fizzed up. Is there a chemical on these straws that react with fizzy juice.

Eco straws!
Eco straws! The only niggle I have about these is if you leave them in a warm drink, they unravel which is a bit annoying, other than that they are perfect!
