The small tool that unlocks the unit broke within a week. It is very inconvenient to change the roll, you need a hex to pop it out. Extremely disappointed

Exactly what I ordered but I wish screws come with it. It was easy to install. It's very well made

Strong product
This is a heavy duty commercial toilet paper holder. It doesn't come with any hardware to hang it. I used heavy screws and anchors. The slots for the screws are very large. Even the large screws that I used had the potential to slip through the holes. I used washers to prevent that from happening. This thing isn't going anywhere!The only negative thing I can say about it is that you can see the screws holding it to the wall.

Bought this for home and it is awful looking. It is super big, bulky and the metal is not smooth (the metal is very rough)
