ioi Works Sports Armband for iPhone 6 (4.7), iPhone Holder Exercise Armband for Running,! Credit Cards ID & Key Case, Made of Expensive Lycra (Better Than Neoprene)

My iPhone 6 with protective jacket would not fit into the Armband. It is well made but too small for my phone. The company was very cooperative and allowed me to ship it back.

It's just okay. I ended up giving it to a friend of mine. I thought it felt itchy, although my friend loves it and uses it almost daily.

After 2-3 runs I have to say the armband works well. It doesn't slide around too much and I found a comfortable tightness that doesn't cut off the blood supply to my arm. The little pouch for hiding a key is surprisingly useful too. Previous to this armband I just found myself leaving my doors unlocked on short runs which is now unnecessary. I haven't found much use for the little pouch that comes with the armband but others may feel differently.As far as customer service goes, ioi Works is top notch! The first armband I received was actually defective as the stitching holding the velcro on was starting to fray. I contacted the company the day I received my order to voice my concerns. I was contacted the next day by a company representative who informed me that they would be sending me a new armband free of charge. I expected this. What I didn't expect, is that they would refund my purchase in full as well as let me keep the defective armband (which could still get a few months of use before it would likely need repairing). This kind of customer service is rare these days and it was refreshing to deal with a company that puts customer satsifaction above all else.

I did not like that the opening to slide the phone in and out was against my armrather than at the top of the case. I sweat excessively and this would have allowed moisture inside the case. Also there was a white-ish film on the inside of the clear screen cover, apparently from the cardboard insert. I tried everything and could not remove it. I returned it.

It works just as I need it to just wished it also fit the lifeproof case because i hate to take it out everytime I go to workout

Starting to fall apart after three months

Product ripped within a month and a half of use. Only used it about 10 or so times. Essentially the back cloth where it says "Made in China" ripped off, so now the front and back of my phone are essentially unprotected.I would have given this product more stars because it is very comfortable and perfect for working out. But unfortunately it lasted me less than two months, and based on the previous reviews and price, I figured it would certainly last longer and thought it would be better made.******* Customer Service contacted me and they are sending a new armband. Changed to 5 stars based on the quality of their customer service and promptness in answering my concerns. Even with the issue with my armband, I was still going to get a second one, even if they didn't send me a new one, because this product really does fit a person's work-out needs.

Stitching ripped on the band the first week I used it at the gym which is unfortunate because I've had good success with similar products from this company in the past.
