This stuff has worked great for me! I had hardly any eyebrows or eyelashes and now I'm back to having to pluck my eyebrows and my eyelashes are long again and a lot fuller! I did have to cut back the dosage because I noticed the peach fuzz on my face was getting really thick!

As others have mentioned, it’s thick with a snot like consistency. The taste is spot on like berries and yes, you have to take two droppers full of a lower dose to achieve the 1ml. HOWEVER, it works! My hair is thickening and growing and 3 days after taking, my nails this had grown significantly. Heck I’d just gotten them done. I highly recommend! The bottle is sealed with plastic. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

I’ve been taking Biotin over the years in capsule form. Several years ago, I seen a video talking about how liquid biotin has a better absorption rate. This is the first liquid biotin bottle I got. Not a bad experience. 10,000mcg can be a lot for a first time user so keep that in mind. I didn’t experience any breakouts or weird side affects. Again, I’ve been taking biotin I’ve the years so I know how it works (plus I have a very healthy water intake to attribute to my experience going so well). Biotin SUPPORTS the health of your hair skin and nails. I take biotin to keep my hair thick and healthy, not to grow my hair out because that’s not what it’s intended to do. Whenever I’ve taken biotin, I’ve always experienced my nails growing longer. My skin does seem to improve when taking biotin. Overall, I take biotin as insurance that my skin and hair are at their best (not really worried about my nails). This product has a berry flavor that I wasn’t too found of. It wasn’t disgusting, but I could go w/o it. The liquid thick or thin and it was opaque (it’s white in color so it looked milky). I probably won’t repurchase this specific bottle because of the taste (again, it’s not horrible, but I rather it be tasteless). However, if all other brands are out of stock, I would repurchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is potent and actually works especially on lashes, I can’t wait to see the bottom ones I never had grow. Sweet Love the price and can use with vitamin E available too mixed Effectiveness: very good

Haven’t noticed a change

I don't like to post bad or neutral reviews but in this case I feel like I must. I wanted to finish the product before doing so just to be fair. The ONLY reason this gets 3 stars is because it DID help grow my hair and nails but MAN... do I have strong opinions about this. 1. The consistency was so disgusting. It resembled congestion in both color and looks. It made my stomach flip. I was not a fan of the smell either. 2. The taste was AWFUL. It tasted like straight chemicals and I had to put it in my smoothies/water/tea to mask the "Mixed Berry" flavor. 3. The dropper was bad. I guess because of the consistency and despite shaking the bottle as suggested, the dropper NEVER really worked. I tried cleaning it, rinsing it and it STILL didn't quite work. It never got all the way to the 1.0 but stopped short at either .050 or .075, which made me have to dip into it twice or more. Maybe mine was just defective? I will say that it was affordable, I didn't break out as biotin is known to do and it was delivered fairly quickly via Prime but I cannot justify buying this again unless there's some kind of change in formula.

My fingernails are strong and long! Not noticing any hair advantages.
