Rather disappointed, but it may be ME, rather than the product, that is at fault
I like the idea of these, and wanted to try them but they did not work for me. The problem for me is that my l & r nostrils are not the same size, due to a deviated septum, so I needed different sized vents for the different sides. As these vents are paired in each size, I would have a great fit on one side, but not so much on the other side. I know I could simply cut them apart where the pairs are joined, to use one size on one nostril and another size on the second nostril, but I don't think that is safe. I believe it would actually be possible to inhale one of these into the sinus cavity if they are not paired together (I could be wrong, but I don't' want to find out the hard way.)

Opens up your nostrils, easier to breath but didn't stop the snoring.
The sad thing is the inside bottom of my right nostril was KILLING me the next morning. It seemed to rub it raw; however, I'm dealing with sever sinus issues right now so I think this is a case by case situation. My husband is actually using a set of the softer ones and makes it easier to breath at night but sadly, didn't help either one of us with snoring. Bummer! I really need something to truly help.

They really work and they are a cheaper alternative to those stick on things
So I have been sticking things in my nose in an effort to breathe better at night for centuries- I have bought everything on the market and nothing was really right- I even tried cut off drinking straws- they really HURT! Then these little wonders came along! You can throw your C Pap machine out the window and not have those horrendous hangovers anymore! They send you an ample array so that you can find exactly the right fit. Once you do, you will forget you have foreign objects stuck up your nose. (Safety tip- make sure you remove them before you get to work!)

Worked For a Few Hours
I bought it for my husband because his snoring got so bad I literally haven’t had a good night’s sleep in months! It worked great at first but about 5 hours in he was snoring again. Granted it was not as loud as normal but still loud enough for me to wake up.

Unsure if it works well or not
I have not quite found a size that works well enough for me. I’ve blown or pulled two of them out of my nose while sleeping. I have faith that these will eventually work for me. Will update if I find the right fit finally.

I can breathe! No more snoring and drooling!
I have a collapsed nostril on one side and a narrow one on the other side (from deviated septum). I have always been able to breathe MORE from the deviated septum side (that should give you and idea of my situation). It has gotten to the point I felt like I was suffocating going to sleep at night.I read the reviews for this and thought I'd try it. I'm SO glad I did!The net ones are a little rough because they are rigid, but they give me the support I need for my deviated septum. They silicone ones are SUPER soft, but fold up from my deviated septum. Then, I realized, you can NEST them! I stuck a net one INSIDE a silicone one and got EVERYTHING I needed! It was PERFECT. Well, almost perfect anyway. Much closer to perfect than I ever expected. The little nubs that keep them from sliding out of your nose when you, say, yawn poked me a little, and they felt kind of awkward at first, but I got used to them. I actually wore them around the house because they increased my airflow that much. I didn't want to take them out. Now, for the quality of sleep. I...slept...so..soundly! I didn't choke like I usually do from not being able to breathe. I didn't drool AT ALL. Which I take to mean I actually kept my mouth shut and breathed through my NOSE.I am SUPER PLEASED!

Did not stop my snoring
First night, according to my snore lab app, snoring was just as bad. On the plus side, fairly comfortable and do help my breathing.second night, no change in snoring. From what I have been reading the nose strips do not help, so there is no reason to believe these will help either. Will try them for a few more nights, if there is a change I will update my rating. At least it did not cost much to try them

Cheap temp solution
╔ ■ Price Point: 4/5╠ ■ Quality: 5/5╠ ■ Comfort: 4/5╠ ■ Recommendation: 4/5╠ ☼ Overall: 4.5/5╠ ►Product Need:╠ ►Product Pros: Small, light, 12pk, guarantee╠ ►Cons to Consider: Sizes don’t need╠ ►My Review: I normally use a CPAP machine, but don’t like to travel with it due to its size. I have tried the breathing strips before but don’t work as they fall off way to easily with my oily nose. This is a good alternative to the strips, but not as good as the CPAP machine. It’s costs however are ½ of the CPAP air filter replacement which makes this a great reusable alternative solution. Once you find the size that works for you it does a good job keeping your nose open with minimal discomfort as its made with soft lightweight silicone. I found them to be more comfortable than the strips once you get use to them too. It comes with a case too as to store and travel with. I think best of all is the guarantee that it comes with, that this will work for you so there is no risk. I would recommend this as a temporary snoring solution alternative, but not sure about long term as CPAP would be better solution for long term snorers.
