I received at first just a part of 12 Pack. I have contacted the product support and they apologized for the warehousing packing mistake and 2 weeks later I got the remaining part.

Didn't receive 12 pks as mentioned, got only 4 pks. After weeks, still waiting for the remaining pks

We are supposed to receive 12 packs of dental floss for this order, but we only received 4 packs. We returned the products and are waiting for refund.

Description indicated there were 12 boxes of floss for the listed price. I received 4 boxes, all which were crushed. I returned immediately.
