I got two of these for a birthday party with 6 girls, so they we had some extra flowers and wreaths (there are 4 in a box). It was a lovely activity. The girls in the group were age 8-11, and they all enjoyed it very much, though it depends a bit on personality how much they will get into it and how long they're entertained. I'd say with all the happy girl talk the activity lasted about half an hour, which was perfect (some were done sooner but enjoyed the snacks and the talks while others were still working on theirs). I bought different ribbons to add some more decoration options, which looks lovely hanging down from the wreath as well. The quality of the wreaths was fine. I think young kids need some help to twist the flowers on the wreath, or at least until they get the hang of it. It is simple enough. The glitter glue did not add much and took a long time to dry, making it a bit messy (with little kids I wouldn't use the glue). All in all a very nice activity with very pretty results and a great gift to take home after the party! Recommend.

My 10 year old daughter did everything on her own while my 8 year old daughter needed some help in putting the ribbon on to the headband using the glue. But they both had lots of fun making their own original headbands. It is $20 (or cheaper if you get it on Amazon) and it comes with 10 different color headbands. It's a good quality headbands. So if you're having a girl's b-day party, this would definitely be a great activity to do at a reasonable price. Accessories that come with it are colorful, pretty, and unique! Ribbons come in so many different colors, width, and designs. Feathers and rhinestones are beautiful accessories, and they definitely make each hairband look very unique. Glue that came with it worked just fine. I like the sparkling butterfly and fabric flower accessories because they have elastic band attached to it. So to put those accessories up on the hairband, all you have to do is put the headband through that elastic hole. This toy gives kids a chance to be creative and show their individuality. Overall, I think it's a great toy for girls around 6~12 years old.

I absolutely love this! Got it for a cute little fun present for my daughter's 9th birthday. I thought it would make the perfect accessory for photos. While I absolutely love the kit, I have to say I don't think it comes with nearly enough flowers. This is enough for 4 crowns but there's only a handful of flowers (literally). My favorite is the side sweep but that takes up the majority of the flowers on its own. I'd love to see this come with more flowers, really that's the only reason it's not 5 stars. All in all, you can get some really beautiful flower crowns much cheaper than purchasing premade ones.

This is so cute and the picture on here doesn't do it justice! It looks like a very expensive item. I bought this for my friends 5-year-old daughter as an early Christmas present. She absolutely loved it! It's a well thought out kit that was simple enough for her to make a headband all by herself. And the headband turned out great! If you have a child in your life that loves arts and crafts and fashion, this is the perfect gift for them! And you can't beat this amazingly low price.

Purchased this for my grand daughter, age 4 going on 15. I sent the box home with her to create her own headbands as we did not have time before she had to go home to make one. She has long brown hair and the headbands are the right size for her head. Her father is a commercial artist. I suggested that she ask "Daddy'" to assist her as she "did not know how to do it" and she wanted to make one right then. When she got home, she immediately commissioned "Daddy" to help her design two headbands for her (to her specifications of course!). The two of them spent over an hour making headbands. This kit is gives parents and grandparents the vehicle/ opportunity to spend quality time doing something little girls love. My grand daughter felt special because "her daddy" spent time focused on just her while making a useful and unique hair adornment. The supplies are not "all that" or that elegant or high-end quality wise. But, for the price, kids and adults can take the risk to create something together without a large financial risk. I could not recommend this project more. Little girl "divas" will love it.

I adopted a family this year for Christmas. I only purchased toys that would withstand a beating and still be interesting to them after Christmas. Its been 3 months now and they are still playing with all the toys. They seem to be holding up so far.

This headband kit is neat if you are looking to create some nice new headbands, but it does have some flaws. 1. the glue that comes with the kit is a joke. It would not stick to the headband, the ribbon, or even to my fingers. The instructions suggest to use tape to hold something in place while the glue dries... first, you have to fight with the glue to even hold something in place for long enough to get tape on it, and then you have to try not to unstick the ribbon (or whatever you are gluing) once you want to take the tape out. Easy solution - get out the hot-glue gun. Worked a million times better and no waiting for glue to dry (and then to re-glue everything...) 2. The decorations provided are Ok, but I wish the kit would have come with more. There are a couple feathers, some gemstones, some ribbons, and a couple satin flowers and a gigantic glittery butterfly. Those are all nice but when you have 10 headbands to make, you kind of have to limit the glitz you use for each one, which anyone with a daughter knows is not going to happen. Overall, yes, this was something i'd recommend for anyone who knows a headband lover, but it's definitely meant for either an older girl (like 10+) with more dexterity to work with all of the smaller pieces and a hot glue gun, or you have to be ready to help the kids out.

Great gift for little ones

ottimo idea per un regalo. Stimola la fantasia e la creatività. La colla è un pò scadente, ma ottima da far usare alle bambine. Io personalmente sono ripassata con attack senza che mia figlia mi vedesse😊. Piena di decorazioni varie e molto colorate. I cerchietti non stringono e non fanno male dietro alle orecchie.

Gifted this set as a birthday present to 4 year old, she loved it. Good quality hair bands and and a few hours entertainment for hee. Recommend!
